Incredibly unprofessional. Our booking explicitly confirmed a hotel pick-up, and we have the physical proof of the exact location. Despite this, they changed their story, claimed it was a different pickup spot, and left us stranded for 1.5 hours on my birthday. They lied about sending an email notification, showing us only a piece of paper instead of actual digital proof. We spent hours calling and messaging with zero reply. Warning to tourists: their automated phone line is only in Greek with no English option. They completely failed to pick us up, yet refused to issue a refund. Instead, they had the nerve to say we could do it the next day if we paid half the price again! Paying more money for a service they failed to deliver is insulting. Not a single apology. Highly NOT recommended. Avoid!
