Bring bug spray! Other than that my grandson and I had the best time. We learned a lot about the bioluminescent and the entire area in general. It was a great experience I would do it again

It was exciting to see the bioluminescent water, comb jelly fish, and mullet fish tracing streams of light through the water. We were lucky enough to have a few fish jump into our kayaks. Amazing!

This was such a fun and fascinating tour! Epic Paddle Adventures provided everything we needed for a fantastic 2-hour bioluminescence paddle. The clear kayaks really added to the experience, allowing us to see more of the glow in the water. The guides kept us organized, educated, and entertained, especially Joe, the tour leader, who was a treasure trove of knowledge about the flora and fauna of the Indian River Lagoon. Special shout-out to the plankton and the jellyfish for really shining!

Joe was a very knowledgeable Epic Bioluminescence tour guide. We caught some comb jelly (sea walnuts) with a net. We saw a lot of bioluminescent algae as we paddled in the water. We had a great time. It was well worth it. He also took pictures of us. Please wear long pants and a long sleeve shirt. You will most likely get wet, so be prepared. We were given a waterproof bag (that could float if dropped in the water) to put our phone and items in. We clipped it to our pants. Spray yourself with a lot of insect repellent! We toured at 10 pm and mosquitoes were out biting us, even though we sprayed at home and before we got into our kayaks! Thank you.

I booked the 10 pm bioluminescence kayak tour on Merritt island. They had different options available on-site of clear 2 people transparent Kayaks, also on person transparent single Kayaks. It was easy to see the company truck by the launching area on the on the Indian river lagoon. There were life vest and small lights for us to be able to see the other members of the group while paddling in the dark. We paddled to horseshoe crab island and got to see dolphins a couple of times. Overall is pretty dark so mostly you see them around. Our guide was Jordan. He was great! We could not have asked for a better guide. He gave us instructions on how to stay safe, and what to expect during the tour. He also worked hard to communicate with the group while in the water, and made sure that the group stayed together the whole time. He has the right personality for the job making our experience easy and fun. We could see the bioluminescence phenomenon what was pretty incredible. I wish we could have Good pictures of it but unfortunately they don’t turn out good. Bring bug spray ! Lots of mosquitos!

My family and I had a blast! Matt and Jordan were amazing! The tour was educational and hands on. We saw jelly fish that lit up with bioluminescence (they don't sting and we caught them in nets throughout the tour), a dolphin, and a heron. Our tour happened after a thunderstorm and the lighting in the distance (over the ocean, not anywhere near us) made the tour even more magical. I am recommending this tour to all of my friends and family.

This was an excellent experience. Our guides Mike and Jordan were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable about the bioluminescence phenomenon and the whole area. Mike was super funny. Will recommend this tour to friends and family.

Mike and Jordan were awesome tour guides. They know so much about the land and history. They were teaching us about the marine life. They live their jobs and made it such a fun and enjoyable experience.

We had a great experience with Rich who was our sweeper as we stayed mostly in the back of the group. Our front guide (I'm terrible with names I'm sorry!) was amazing with his clear basic instructions for beginners and both dropped fun facts including that the fish like to jump in the kayaks and it actually happened to my husband not even 5 minutes in! The bioluminescence under the kayak looked like a galaxy and being able to watch the fish swim away was amazing. We will be doing this again and have already recommended our "Rick and Morty" guides from Epic 😂 100/10 My only feedback would be please put some type of spotlight on the EPIC trailer towards the road/parking to make it easier to find the spot.
