Excellent experience with Sharm Smile Tour – highly recommended for families! We had a wonderful experience with Sharm Smile Tour and we are very happy that we chose them for our glass-bottom boat trip. From the very beginning, everything was exactly as promised. The driver was punctual, extremely kind and helpful, and accompanied us throughout the whole experience, from our hotel pickup until our return. As a family with three young children, we really appreciated his kindness and assistance. The glass-bottom boat was absolutely beautiful. Seeing the corals and the fish through the glass was an amazing experience, and our children loved it. The trip was also the perfect length for our family — enjoyable without being too tiring. Another thing we really appreciated was the transparency. The price we were given was the price we paid, with no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises. Everything was well organized and on time. A small tip for future visitors: while waiting for the boat, we ordered two Ice Teas at the café and paid 600 EGP in total. We didn't check the price beforehand, so I would recommend checking the drinks menu and prices before ordering. 😊 Apart from that, we have absolutely nothing negative to say about Sharm Smile Tour. The communication was excellent, the organization was smooth, the driver was fantastic, and the boat trip itself was beautiful. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience! We would definitely recommend Sharm Smile Tour, especially to families with children visiting Sharm El Sheikh. 🙏🌊🐠

A brilliant experience especially for our young son. From start to finish the trip was very organised and we were updated with timings and the plan, from the start of our booking. Mohammed gave a really interesting background to Sharm el Sheikh and explained how the area was developed. It's a fantastic activity to do and see the beautiful coral and fish. The minivan pick up was air conditioned and the boat itself was comfortable and felt safe. Thank you for a great experience, our family really enjoyed it!

A brilliant little trip out to experience some sea life on the boat with a chance of snorkelling too. Kids loved it!

We booked the Glass bottom boat trip on TripAdvisor and used Sharm Tours and Excursions. We communicate with Nabil, who arranged our pick up from the hotel and the boat trip. Everything went smoothly, Nabil was on time, very informative and we felt very safe. I see from Nabil's card that he also offers tours direct, if we return to Sharm, I would definitely contact Nabil for tours first. We were very impressed with him, thank you Nabil for a lovely and safe trip. 👍

Very good driver named Ahmed and excellent boat ride.

The pickup was super punctual and was already waiting for us at the hotel. He brought us reliably to the harbor and waited for us there. The boat tour was good, even if the return trip took up a large part of the time at a slow pace. I actually would have wished to perhaps drive over another reef. Everyone on board was very nice and attentive.

The driver sent by Sharm Smile, Ahmed, was great, very helpful. Came in with us and helped us enter and exit both the facility and the boat itself. The boat part was about an hour long, long enough to see things but not too long to where it was boring, and very nice for littles.
