I had a great Time Hiking Bukhansan mountain I came to Seoul for business meeting & I discover the what an amazing beautiful nature they have My tour guild BERGEN PARK was really great ,with funny personality and good English the hike was easy to moderate with nice views especially in autumn I highly recommend this tour

I had a great day with my tour guide, on the way he told me about the history of Korea and it was an interesting topic, after 20 min from my hotel we arrived, then we start our hike Bukhansan Mountain and he took me To peak of mountain and The view from the top is breathtaking, you can see the mountains, and the city view from above is beautiful, if you’d go with a guide, this tour is a great option, he was very friendly and helpful, and he patiently waited whenever I stopped for photos, I would highly recommend him.

Very fun day hike with many waterfalls and a Buddhist temple. Mr. Park did an excellent job as hiking guide and recounting Korean history relevant to our hike. Highly recommended!

We knew we wanted to climb a mountain in Seoul, and we lucked out with our guide, Bergen. He tailored the trek to our fitness level and was so vigilant that we were keeping up and enjoying ourselves. He made challenging trails accessible for everyone as we climbed, traversed streams, and visited a Buddhist temple. Perhaps one of the best parts was Bergen documenting the entire journey and sending us photos and videos of our adventure! He’s a true nature lover and will help you appreciate the beauty of the mountain and all its history. We definitely want to hike with Bergen again!

My wife and 2 teenage daughters were met promptly at our hotel by Mr Bergen on Christmas day 2019, where he immediately impressed us with his kind demeanor, hiking experience, and great English. He guided my family with expertise and professionalism , he taught my family how to use our walking sticks properly and helped our family reach the summit. He provided our family with the best memories of our very first mountain hiking.

I had the best time hiking with Bergen Park. I should start by saying I go to the gym but I am not a hiker. I am more of a slow exercise bike rider or maybe a stroll on the treadmill kind of guy. I told Bergen I could handle whatever he had in mind though. Wow he pushed me to the edge but it was incredible! I am about 50 and this guy is older than me but he is in excellent condition. He could hike all day, straight uphill and would barely break a sweat. Keeping up with him was a challenge but for me that helped shape the day as perfect. The lush scenery, the views, the history, and the few people we encountered were all nice. Oh ya and lunch was great. Ok maybe I was starving after hiking up a mountain but it really hit the spot! He customizes the hike to what you want. I wanted a challenge so he gave it to me. Up up up we went. Trails, rock steps, wood stairs, stone stairs, over boulders. It was awesome! Bergen lived in America for a few years so he speaks good English and I think understands Americans and people from around the world due to his past work life. It was a pleasure talking to Bergen, learning about his country, hearing about his life, and just absorbing it all. What a day. I can’t wait until I return as I will do this hike again but I’ll be in better shape so I can ask Bergen to really push it! P.S. My one tip is to bring plenty of water with you especially in the summer!

I had a great trip to Seoul but I must say my hike with Bergen was THE BEST day of the trip and one of my best days in a long time. I am not a hiker but do enjoy working out. I explained this to Bergen and he crafted a hike that he thought would be good for me. It was a challenge but was doable. I both enjoyed the incredible scenery as much as the great challenge of the hike. I signed up alone as my family had other stuff going that day. Additionally Bergen's great insight into the people and history of Korea was an added bonus. I very highly recommend hiking with Bergen to people of all levels. He could challenge anybody as he is in excellent shape so if you are a high level hiker Bergen will push you to your limit. On the other hand if you are a beginner looking for a nice walk in the park Bergen will organize that too. I really can't express in words how much I enjoyed it but it was an epic day even though the weather wasn't perfect with rain and humidity the call of the day. The park truly is outstanding and only 45-50 minutes from my Gangnam area hotel. I will definitely do a bike again but next time I will have hiking boots so I can keep up with Bergen and push it even further! Again, honestly tell Bergen your level and how far you want to be pushed so he can plan the right hike for you. I believe you will be happy with the day. FIVE STARS!

We had a grand time on the hike up to the summit and back and what a way to witness the amazing beauty of the park. Thanks to our wonderful and knowledgeable guide Bergen who made sure that we enjoy every step of the way and clamor for more at the end.
