元老院広場は、フィンランドのヘルシンキの中心部にあるカール ルートヴィヒ エンゲルの建築を、政治的、宗教的、科学的、商業的権力のユニークな寓意として表現しています。
テンペリアウキオ教会は、ヘルシンキのトーロ地区にあるルーテル教会です。この教会は建築家のティモ スオライネンとトゥオモ スオライネン兄弟によって設計され、1969 年にオープンしました。硬い岩に直接建てられているため、「岩の教会」および「岩の教会」としても知られています。
ウスペンスキー大聖堂は、フィンランドのヘルシンキにあるギリシャ正教または東方正教会の大聖堂であり、生神女就寝 (聖母マリア) の生神女就寝を祀るフィンランド正教会の主要大聖堂です。その名前は、生神女就寝を意味する古教会スラヴ語の uspenie に由来しています。西ヨーロッパ最大のギリシャ正教の教会です。
マーケット広場。ヘルシンキの中心部、エスプラナーディの東端に位置し、南はバルト海、東はカタヤノッカに隣接しています。 HSL はマーケット広場からスオメンリンナまでのフェリーを通年で運航しており、夏にはスオメンリンナと近隣の他の島々へのフェリー クルーズを提供する民間会社もあります。
口語的にエスパとして知られるエスプラナーディは、フィンランドのヘルシンキのダウンタウンにある遊歩道兼都市公園で、エロッタヤ広場とマーケット広場の間に位置しています。北側と南側は、それぞれ Pohjoisesplanadi 通りと Eteläesplanadi 通りに囲まれています。

This tour really disappointed. The tour company was supposed to pick us up and drop us off in the port but changed the plan the night before for us to meet them in the city. The guide was very young and inexperienced. She had only lived in Helsinki for two years and knew very little about the history or culture. She spent more time asking us questions about our lives than explaining about the city to us. We expected more from a private tour.
Our guide Iness accompanied us on the walking tour through Helsinki. She showed us the great sights of the city and told us exciting things about the history and life in the city.
Great tour, a lot of interesting history shared about Finland and Helsinki. Very much enjoyed exploring Suomenlinna and learning about the history of the defense of Helsinki and the role of the islands. Glen (our guide) encouraged us to explore and take our time when needed. He kept a good pace and had a wealth of knowledge to share.
What a great tour. Iness contacted us well in advance of the tour and asked if there were any specific things we wanted to see. She crafted a tour that demonstrated both regular life for people in Helsinki along with several downtown highlights. She was great to work with and we had fun throughout the day. Her love of the city was clear and wanted to share it with visitors. Be sure to ask about Sisu and 30-second dance parties.
Iness was very knowledgeable and personable. She covered all sites we wanted to visit. As a frequent visitor to Helsinki I even learned more about the history of the city.
Book a four hour tour, if you have the stamina. I received a very well rounded first look at Helsinki, and couldn’t be happier with my tour.
A very interesting tour. Lukas was knowledgeable and talkative. We learned a lot about history, the city and architecture. We selected a Sunday tour as it was our first day in town. Unfortunately, all of the churches we visited were closed as were several other sites. Better to have toured on a weekday.
Great way to see all the sites the city has to offer! We loved that it was private tour for our group of 8. Our guide, Iness, was wonderful and allowed us to add places of interest for us to see. Would highly recommend if in Helsinki!
Excellent walking tour of Helsinki with guide, Elena! What a beautiful, walkable city. Our two hours provided and excellent overview of the history and landmarks. I was especially drawn to this tour because we needed a late afternoon start time of 5pm based on arrival time to Helsinki. At the end of the tour Elena recommended the perfect restaurant for salmon soup and a local beer.
Mariia was a delightful guide in Helsinki! We did a 2 hour walking tour and she provided interesting stories and details about the city. She even went out of her way to show us a special chocolate shop when we said we were looking for chocolate and provided some great lunch options for us at the end of the tour.
