Vivianna was great. We learned a lot about the history and lore of Catania and Sicily. We saw outdoor sites but did go inside briefly to see the magic river in the volcanic lava tube. We had a 3 hour tour and it was well paced and enjoyable.
A wonderful historic fact filled 2 hour walk around the city. Our guide was very knowledgeable. A great way to start our trip!
No one showed up we messaged and waited 30 minutes before giving up. Ended up on a hop on hop off bus.
Excellent tour of the city center with an extremely knowledgeable guide with a love for the history of city.
Our tour guide, Luca, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable. He provided a tailored experience and was gracious with our needed breaks.
Excellent all round. Fantastic guide Viviana.
The best way to discover Catania. Our tour guide was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had.
Viviana was excellent. Highly recommended. Very entertaining Would repeat with great pleasure. Super recommended
We really appreciated the ability to customize this tour in terms of duration and content. We were asked ahead of time what sights we would like to visit. We chose a 2 hour tour and left our itinerary decisions for our guide, Oussema. He was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and we learned so much about Catania, past and present. He even recommended a few places to have dinner afterward which were delicious! We would highly recommend this tour!
My guide never showed up, no text , call or email! I was really surprised by the lack of communication, I even reached out to viator 24 hour call center.
