We had a great time on our private tour of Toledo today! Our guide, Sonia, was great. She was very friendly, engaging, and spoke excellent English. She lives in Toledo so is very knowledgeable of the area. Our driver, Jesus, was very friendly and punctual. I highly recommend this tour with Sonia and Jesus!

Great tour with David! A host as much as tour guide. Wonderful time exploring the streets of Toledo and seeing the highlights of the Catedral and church of Santo Tomé with El Greco’s masterpiece. Appreciated that he got us terrific lunch reservations and connected us to a jeweler we could trust for purchases. A delightful day! We later took the tourist train to see the town from outside the walls and navigate the streets on our own to shop and enjoy.

I booked the tour through Viator a few weeks before our trip to Toledo. Javi, our guide reached out a few days before to ask where he should meet us and was able to meet us at the train station upon arrival. He had two cabs ready to go for our family which was excellent, considering we had just hopped off the train and figured we’d run into delays. Javi was ready to go! We were given some options prior to our arrival regarding what we would like to do, Javi gave us his recommendations and we went that route - it was INCREDIBLE! It was helpful to know beforehand how much things cost, and Javi provided that in advance. It was also cool because we were able to walk through different areas we wouldn’t have just stumbled upon on our own, Javi showed us the ins and outs of the city. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and helpful to us and to those around him. We think we got lucky because he was the best tour guide we’ve ever had. If you head to Toledo for a day trip, I highly recommend this private tour — and ask for Javi if you can!!!!
