If I could give an extra star I would. Valle was an excellent communicator with a passionate knowledge of her own city. She related well with both of us and established the rapport of “friend” very quickly. The three of us had a great day. Toledo has so much history that getting the stories and having the meaning of symbolism explained within art works helps to provide a richness of context for some great sights.

Our guide met us right at the train station and gave us a fantastic, unhurried walk through Toledo's Cathedral and old town, with the panoramic taxi ride to El Valle viewpoint being a real highlight. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a private, flexible pace instead of a big group tour.

Tour guides are friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel welcome through a historical journey in Toledo. Sonia did not give a series of lectures but instead, she used her impressive knowledge of Spain history to make meaningful cultural connections with us. She gets an A+ as a teacher.

This was a great tour! Our guide Fernando met us at the train and looked after us so well. We especially liked the view of the whole town from the lookout point. It’s a fascinating town, such a rich and interesting history. Nandi even took us right to our restaurant for lunch. A great tour.
