Driver was on time and professional. We arrived at our destination on time. He was also communicative prior to the pick up day and throughout the morning of pick up.
The train is great, but when there is a lot of luggage involved, a private car is so much less complicated and less hassle. So glad that we treated ourselves to the private hire!
