guides absolutely brilliant relaxed and very informative and friendly. nothing too much trouble even went out of way to drop us off at restaurant they recommended and sent us recommendations of traditional polish food and meals for us to try. tour was amazing fun interesting and very informative in a good way and not boring. miners cage was fun as was the little train through the mine and a short boat ride in one of the flooded mine chambers. to top it off to get down went down a long slide. really excellent value for money highly recommend. great day.

Our driver Marek was fantastic from start to finish . He was punctual, in fact he was early. He explained exactly what the day involved and communicated well. He accompanied us on the tour as our guide didn’t speak English and proved to be a great asset. Nothing was too much trouble for him and thanks to him we had a fantastic experience and thoroughly enjoyed our day Highly recommend

Our driver and guide on this excursion was Olaf. Beforehand, we received a WhatsApp message with the latest information about our trip. During the drive to the salt mines in Bochnia, he managed to captivate us all with information about the salt mines and the surrounding area. He even went inside the salt mine with us and provided additional information there. In short, a top-notch and super friendly and flexible guide. Highly recommended; you could hardly wish for a better one. Thanks Olaf!

Such a great day out, we were very well looked after by Simon our guide, the communication before the trip was great, pick up as planned, kept us updated on travels and had loads of information, I highly recommend!!

The Bochnia tour was a great unique experience. So glad we joined the UNESCO tour to visit the salt mines (not the big commercial one). Olaf, our driver, was terrific! He really added to our experience in the salt mines as he joined our group.

Simeon was absolutely awesome.. knowledgeable, thorough, friendly. He knew poland very well. He even sent me recommendations for other things I asked about such as dinner etc. The mine was an experience definitely worth doing if u have never been very educational.

Our driver and tour helper, Simon, was great! Super helpful, knowledgeable and engaging. My only critique of the tour is that it was 4 hours and felt long. Could probably be cut down to 3 hours. Also, it says that there’s a boat on a lake, but the very small boat goes on a little river of shallow salt water for a total of maybe 5 minutes. I still thought it was a cool experience, but the marketing makes it sound different. Otherwise it was overall really interesting.

We had a wonderful experience with this tour and thought it was well organized. The multi media presentations throughout the mine were informative and explained the history and operations of the mine. The train and boat ride were a fun addition to the experience. As an older couple, we had some difficulty with the stairs and amount of walking, however the paths are mostly flat and easy to walk on. Simon did a fabulous job explaining everything and answering our questions. He also accommodated my husband & I as we struggled with stairs and the amount of walking. We appreciate his kindness in assisting us.

A fantastic and unique experience! The highlight was definitely the boat ride inside the salt mine. Special thanks to our guide, Marta, for her detailed explanations, professionalism, and caring attitude. She made the tour even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
