We had booked our flight in Mongolia as soon as we arrived in Turkey that is to say around 14/09/24 for a flight over the valley of sangali on 19/09/24! On the day D 1h before the flyover i.e. at 3am (while we slept) they send us an email to cancel the flyover for « weather conditions » while we saw people leaving for the same excursion but with other company, in short absolutely not serious company I do not understand how they are as well note on tripadvisor it wastes moments expected for several days without offering you anything behind! They leave you in trouble when you come especially for it and you stay 3 days tripadvisor doesn’t care if they cash

Amazing experience! Pilot and crew were excellent. The organization was a little challenging because our driver had little English but he was prompt and very nice.

The pickup was very early in the morning (3:45am) and was not included in our booking from our hotel! The balloon excursion was in a remote valley surrounded by farm land and not near the tourist areas of Goreme and Monks valley!

Bucket list. Cappadocia ✅ Should do it, once in a lifetime experience , the ballon ride and visit !!!

Absolutely amazing experience. Tour guide was knowledgeable of the history of each part of cappadocia and was very funny as well. Highly recommend this tour. Hot air balloon ride was breathtaking as well

My retired friends and I did a girls trip to Turkey and one of the best experiences ever was our Royal Balloon flight over Cappadocia at dawn. The pilot, Kemal, was so skilled and so fun! We couldn’t recommend this more highly!

Balloon flight was awesome , Royal Balloon is great agency , crazy pilot was everything , we were really enjoying the flight. Tour was nice you can see a lots of things in Cappadocia, but for that price we expect more . Tourist guide was speaking perfectly English what is great to have something like that in Turkey, but it was happen in few moments like he try to skip some places or do it in a rush But I am glad that we took this tour, but maybe next time I will take balloon flight and tour separate, because there is so many Taxi divers(like Cappa taxi who have friendly prices, and he can take you wherever you want)
