Regarding the language barrier, the Wildlife Eco Tour is primarily operated in Spanish, as local guides at the lagoon and community stops conduct their explanations in Spanish. However, we recognize that this limited your experience, and we will reinforce with our team the importance of providing clearer English support whenever possible. Your comments about timing at the lagoon, Mazunte, Zipolite, Puerto Ángel, and the overall pacing are very valuable. This tour includes several community-based visits, but we understand that without proper explanation in your language, it can feel more observational than engaging. Concerning meals, we would like to clarify that brunch is not included, as clearly stated in the tour description; only bottled water is provided.
