My family and I were extremely happy with our transportation from airport to hotel and vice versa. Our driver was on time at the airport when we came out. He transported us to our hotel in a nice comfortable and spacious van. And the way back to the airport he was on time at our hotel and got us back to the airport on time and safely. Our driver was very friendly and helpful with our luggage.

The transport from airport to our airbnb was excellent. Waiting for us as promised, van close by, and prompt but safe transport with a friendly driver. However, I ended up canceling the prepaid return trip because of poor communication. I texted several days in advance to obtain an ETA at our airbnb so we could plan our last day. I received a terse response that we would be notified the day before our departure; that msg didn't arrive until nearly noon that day and indicated a pickup time that I didn't think allowed sufficient arrival prior to our flight. [It ultimately would have, but we didn't want the stress.] I booked with another transport so we could plan accordingly.
Thank you, Scott, for your positive comments about our airport transfer and driver. We sincerely regret that the communication regarding your return pickup caused concern. In Oaxaca City, traffic, road closures and social events can vary considerably from one day to another, making it very difficult to confirm an accurate pickup time several days in advance. For this reason, we confirm the schedule the day before, using the most reliable traffic information available at that time. We understand that this may have been inconvenient when planning your last day, and we apologize for the stress this caused.
Very timely and professional. Springer type vehicle was provided for our group of 8. Very affordable round trip option accommodated all of our luggage.
