Gorgeous way to spend a day outside Cape Town. As a solo traveller, this was perfect for meeting strangers from all over the world over a few glasses of wine. The scenery at each stop was beautiful, the wines were lovely, and the staff at every winery were thoughtful and attentive.
One small note: in the lead-up to the tour, there was a bit of push to get me to start earlier to squeeze in more stops. I care more about quality than quantity, so I stuck with my original plan of joining halfway through the day. It ended up being the right call for me - it was great to have a relaxed, social day in the winelands.

Good way to see the wineries in Stollenbosch
Easy way to see the wineries in Stollenbosch. Enjoyed all of the wineries and the meeting and process of this was very easy and efficient. The only downside is it makes you very time bound - basically 1 hour 15 at a winery and then you have to go - would have preferred a little more time so as to not need to keep watching the clock

An amazing day out.
It was a lovely experience. Our driver, Marshal, was the best “host” you could wish for. He was very friendly and entertaining, and was a great source of historical information about the wine estates and Stellenbosch. I would definitely recommend this as the best way to go wine tasting!

Great for hopping around the winelands
Loved the wine hopper bus and so convenient to get to the wineries near by and not worry about driving! Got to taste 4 different wineries and all had a different taste and feel with all offering tasting and food options. A great day spent in Stellenbosch.

Absolutely mind-boggling, worth every penny
You think you can do this with a taxi and save some money. No way.
The experience that you have with Marchall is exceptional. The driver is completely competent, friendly, and absolutely reliable. It gives you great tips to choose the right things in the right place.

great experience on hop-on hop-off tour!
We had a great experience on today’s hop-on hop-off tour! Our guide Marshall was absolutely fantastic – very funny, punctual, and full of interesting explanations. The selection of wineries was excellent, and we really enjoyed the stops. The car was also spotless and very comfortable, which made the whole trip even better. Highly recommend!

Wine Circuit
A very effective way to visit multiple vineyards in a single day. It worked very well; the selected locations provided good quality wine opportunities, and the pace was perfect, with no hush and no time to lose.

Great wine tour with beautiful scenery
The southern tour was great and the scenery around the vinyards is amazing. The vinyards and wines are all different so every stop is a new experience. Make sure to start at the earliest if you want to visit all 6 stops. The bus pickup is aprox. Every hour, which is not much if you also want to talk to the people. If you want a more relaxing day you should skip one or two stops, but thats totally ok. The lunch options could be improved at each place, some don't even offer any food. And watch out on which day you do the tour, since some places have a "day-off" or are closed for renovations.

Excellent value for a great day out
A great way to see up to 6 different wineries. Each offered a different selection and in a varied environment. Marshall, the driver is superb, good humour and great care.
