Definitely a busy spot but definitely worth a trip. Tour company picked us up at the Cruise port which is very nice. We got to snorkel in one spot and then went to Stingray City. After that we headed to Starfish.
While touristy it is really cool to be that close to so many stingrays. Guides will 'catch' one so you can hold it.

Seeing all the Starfish was the best part for me.
The tour was fun and crew of the Big Dee was good. The van ride over was crowded. This was my wife and I second time doing this excursion, this time with kids age 13 and 10. Last time the sandbar where the stingrays congregate was much larger and the boats more spread out, this time the sandbar is very small with a lot of boats jockeying to find a space to back into. The snorkel portion is over a coral rock garden with the rocks/coral spaced out. We saw a medium amount of fish, no large groups like if you snorkel in the Florida keys. The last stop was Starfish point where you can get out on a beach and find starfish in the stare, you can pick them up but do not take them above the water as they are living creatures. The boat operators were good at enforcing this when they saw some of kids who parents were not supervising them pick up the starfish out of the water and they yelled at them. I enjoyed the trip but definitely had better memories from years ago when the sandbar was much larger and not as crowded.

Fantastic trip to Stingray City!
The operators went above and beyond to ensure this was a fantastic excursion for everyone on board. We went on the three-stop trip. First, we snorkeled coral gardens, which lived up to its name. There are fantastic coral formations, lots of fish, and even a small stingray. Then we stopped at Stingray City. Everyone interacted with the stingrays. We got great pictures. The final stop was Starfish Point. Again, everyone was able to hold the starfish and enjoy the stop. Highly recommend. Great price.

Wonderful tour of Cayman's waters
Was bit skeptical due to bad reviews but it was great experience for all of us. First stop for Snorkel around 12-14 ft deep water, it didn't look good but once in the water you could see so much reef and fish then some stingrays coming around to nudge you. tour staff did throw some bait to draw fish and it was very good. Then to the Stingray City, as we gather around in a large circle getting pushed around by the waves, captain got a large stingray and had us touch (all 20+ of us), hold and feed it while other smaller stingray wanted to get fed to keep nudging at us or even taking the bait off our hands. So, any review of not seeing Stingray is not true, we were in water for about 45 min with plenty of time to touch, hold, catch n hold, feed, wonder around the area with stingrays. Then to Starfish island, which was not that good, shallow water had several starfish lay around, with captains info session we were able to hold star fish and learn about the starfish. Overall, it was very good snorkel and informational tour.

Great Cruiseship Excursion
We had a great time, the crew was super nice and helpful, one guide has been 18 years with the stingrays, it was great to have 3 stops a little bit of everything starfish, Rays, and snorkel, we had plenty of time to tender from the cruise ship and got back in time to do a little shopping, tender back with lots of time to spare, all at half the cost of the cruise line. Only thing missing was rum punch or local beer, please add that for us vacationers!

OUTSTANDING Customer Service
Unfortunately the water was very choppy the port day of the cruise in Grand Cayman. Mark Anthony (owner) was very honest with us regarding the safety concerns with the water being so choppy. We had our two children (11 & 13) with us and he told us that he would not take his daughters out on a day like that. His sincere honesty meant the world to us, he put our kids and our safety first. He did ultimately left the decision up to us but we felt he would not of told us that and offered a refund since he was losing money if he did not truly feel that way.
Of course, we were disappointed but overall EXTREMELY satisfied with how he handled the situation. I can not give Mark enough praise for doing this.

Such a bad experience
An extremely stressful and poor experience. We were told the duration of the trip would be 3 hours and 30 minutes long which was false as it was an all day event that almost resulted in us missing our cruise ship. Our tour began with us having to make a stop in the middle of the ocean to drop off the deck crew's friend to another boat. Then, we proceeded to starfish point at which we spent 15 minutes, but we were originally told the duration at starfish point would be 30 minutes. Following starfish point, the boat continued to stingray city, but the deckhand determined the sandbar was too crowded and it would be best to snorkel and then come back. Passengers began to worry about the time frame, especially since we were under the impression the excursion duration was 3 hour and 30 minutes. When the captain was questioned on what time the excursion would return to the port, he was extremely rude and offended passengers even questioned the timeframe we were under. The excursion returned to the taxi pick up spot at 4:33, leaving us only 27 minutes to travel in traffic, go through security, and return to the cruise ship. We got off the taxi bus at 4:56, and the sole reason we made it back to the port stop was because our taxi driver understood the severity of the situation and drove frantically through the traffic. Our group got on the very last tender boat, and others on the cruise ship cheered for us as we returned due to us barely making it back. We were also promised water would be provided on this excursion. However, there were only 2 gallons of water on the entire boat for more than 50 people on a trip that ended up taking 4 and a half hours. I have never left a review before on anything, but the situation was so stressful and misleading that I felt the need for others to know before they have a similar experience.
