Spectacular night view of the Tokyo tower and the city. Since it’s indoor, reflection of inside lighting on the window makes it hard to take a clean photo. In addition, there is also a nice cartoonist exhibition. Only complaint is hiccups with ticket pick up. The ticket exchange desk cannot scan the 1D barcode l received from viator, it took 5-10 minutes to resolve.
The observatory was very good because there were few people on weekdays. If it's crowded, it'll be bad for your money. However, the Viator voucher is too confusing. I don't want you to label something with a 2D barcode that's not a voucher as a voucher. Actually it is not a QR code but cannot be exchanged for an admission ticket.
