Our guide Alex was great, he explained the tour and was very passionate about Ha Long Bay and Vietnam. It is a very very long day so be prepared. Pick up was at 7.30am and drop off was st 8.30pm. Despite being advised not to take plastic one use bottled water by our tour- there were plenty of people we saw (not on our tour) that did. So if you do, just dont throw it away whilst your there. The Bay was beautiful, the beach clean and the water cooled us down. We went on the jet boat which was exciting and into the cave- be prepared for 100 steep steps up to the cave entrancr and 100 steep steps down into the cave- then the same to get out- be warned that there is only one way so if you get off that boat -your going into that cave. Our driver AKA Mr Safety like his name got us there and back safely. Thanks to the team - we had a great day.

My Ha Long Bay day cruise was an absolute highlight of my time in Vietnam, and the team made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Communication was fantastic right from the beginning. Our guide, Luca, was outstanding—he was attentive, energetic, and made sure all of our needs were met throughout the entire day. The logistics were handled flawlessly. The company arranged the most convenient pickup location right from my hotel, and the shuttle arrived promptly on time. The bus itself was modern and very comfortable for the journey. On the way, we made a short stop at a pearl farm; it served as a great rest stop to stretch our legs, and there was zero pressure to buy anything, which I really appreciated. Once on the water, the cruise itinerary felt perfectly balanced—giving us plenty of time to take in the breathtaking landscape without ever feeling rushed. To top it all off, the food served on board was abundant and absolutely delicious. If you are looking for a stress-free, high-quality day trip to Ha Long Bay, I cannot recommend this company and Luca enough. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Ken was a great guide, very clear and always available. Super approachable and smiling at all times!!! We had several stops, and everything was super :) We were also given great food for lunch and a snack.
