Had an amazing day tour from Hue to Phong Nha! Our guide, Mr. Nam, was exceptional - very informative about the cave system's geology and history. The Paradise Cave was absolutely stunning with its massive formations. We also enjoyed the adventure activities at Dark Cave, including mud bath and kayaking. The local lunch provided was delicious, featuring fresh Vietnamese dishes. The transport was comfortable, and the whole trip was well-organized. A highlight of our Vietnam trip! This tour not run by different company, you can book with them, I don't remember tour guide tell but it cheaper at least 15 usd

The guide is not the one that operates the tour and you booked the tour on Viator in advance where you pay commission to the website, this is not a direct booking at travel desk on the date.
