We did the Chinese tour. The staff at the site is really kind and helpful, we were nearly late but they tried to help us get on the tour. Eventually, we made it. During the tour, it's interactive and interesting. We were introduced to different places and beautiful site. We took pretty photos. The tram it self is so special that draws a lot of attention but it's really nice to say hi to people on the street. For each season there will be different tours, we would love to come back again!

had a great time with our male tour guide. sorry can't remember name but he had a canadian wife. v informative and knowledgeable. took us to parts we would never have known to go to. only pedal if want to.

This is a must do tour Madongsok and Kevin are the best! they are funny and friendly, they made the tour fun and memorable.

Our family including 2 pre-teens braved the almost 0 degrees temperature to take the Seoul Tram Tour with our wonderful guide Tae Jin and driver Oli. Luckily the weather warmed up and we enjoyed pedaling through the streets and waving to the pedestrians who marveled at our coquette-ish and seasonally decorated tram. The highlight was walking through the alleys of Ikseondong, getting local tips from the guide on where to eat, what to buy, and how Koreans today live. Of course, we enjoyed not having to walk too much to see icons like the Blue House and Gyeongbokgung Palace. Kids also enjoyed the hot chocolate, snacks and chicken soup and rice lunch. Thank you to the guide and driver for also helping my husband buy some coffee beans at the Tongin Market. Helmets were provided and safety was emphasized, so I highly recommend this tour for families.

I love the experience so much, (a bit feels like leg day) but still worth it. Love it. A new way to go around Seoul famous neighbourhood. Defly will book for another time.

The whole route of the tour is very nice, the guides are very friendly, will interact with everyone, and after the tour we also Recommendation where to eat and drink coffee, if you have time to definitely come to experience.

Our tour guides, Ma Dong-seok (apologies if remembered incorrectly) and Vincent were wonderful! Professionally historical introductions, perfect photo-taking skills, and considerate pit stops for restroom and local food tasting. The peddling was not too excruciating and even the weather was cooperating! Really “must do” to get some general ideas at which tourist spots to spend more time for visiting.

We went on the Seoul Tram tour with a large family group (4 adults, 5 kids - ages 8,7,6,5,3). Our guides were Vincent and Kevin. The tram itself was perfect for a family group. There was a large seat at rear of tram where the two youngest children and one adult could sit comfortably. The rest of us spread out evenly over the rest of pedal seats. Fortunately, the pedals were just for show and we did not have to actually power the tram ourselves so it was a comfortable relaxing journey. Our guides provided unique insight into the various stops around the city as well as authentic local food market experiences in the more residential areas of the city that you would likely never encounter on your own as a tourist. The two hours went by very quickly and the kids were engaged the whole time. I would highly recommend this specific tour to any families who want to experience a more intimate look at Seoul in a setting comfortable for the whole family.

Such an amazing experience for our family! We've done a lot of activities during our time in Seoul, and this is one of the few activities that kept our whole family (4 adults with 5 kids ages 3-8) actively engaged, content, and excited! The guides were both amazing, and we learned so much while getting to see a lot of what we may have missed exploring alone. The diversity of events from viewing and learning about the city on the tram from getting to walk a little to tasting yummy foods made the tour go by SUPER fast! We knew it was a hit when the kids said, "it's already over?? That felt really fast." Time truly does fly when you're having fun!
