John was an excellent guide who went out of his way to accommodate our every request! He was so knowledgeable, kind, friendly & patient! We had an awesome day visiting the amazing town of Fatima, Nazare (great lunch at a restaurant John booked for us) & Obidos!

Our day trip to Nazaré, Batalha, Óbidos, and Fátima was an unforgettable
Our day trip to Nazaré, Batalha, Óbidos, and Fátima was amazing! We loved the ocean views in Nazaré, the stunning Batalha Monastery, and the charming streets (plus Ginjinha!) in Óbidos. Fátima was a peaceful and moving way to end the day. A perfect mix of history, beauty, and culture!
Our guide, John, made the trip even better! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and full of great stories that brought each stop to life. His insights and recommendations made our day unforgettable. Thanks, John, for an amazing experience!

Disappointing
Tge meeting time and itinerary didn't match Viatir's ticket.
Tour guide was not professional and not a safe driver

At Recordtours we value excellence in all our services and we deeply value the feedback from each client, so we cannot fail to thank you for your preference. However, we noticed that there was a change in the Pick-up time with a delay of 30 minutes and we apologize in advance for this.
We will all be happy to make up for it on a next trip to Portugal. Our Driver Guides are all certified for the tours they take.
In the case of the driver, Joao has been with us for around 10 years and this is unfortunately the first negative comment we have had.
We will be fully available for other tours if you wish.
I'm sure the next one will go much better.

Great tour with a great guide
Highly recommend this tour if you are short on time visiting Portugal. Our tour guide Miguel was incredibly kind and hospitable. He made great recommendations on what to eat and see, and was happy to give us extra time where we wanted it. He also takes wonderful photos! Am incredibly grateful for our tour guide, the sights of Portugal and its people

Fun-filled trip
The trip was very pleasant and well coordinated. Our driver-guide João was SUPER helpful, friendly, polite, well-spoken, and knowledgeable. He took care of every little detail and made everyone on board feel welcome, safe, and special.

We had the best experience with Joao!He is not only very knowledgeable, smart, punctual but also is a very kind human! Day trip to Fatima, Nazare and Óbidos.
Jalaludin (Juan) was kind and courteous. He dresses professionally and was considerate about our needs. We customized the tour to spend more or less time or to do something by special request. That flexibility made everything terrific.

Unforgettable time in Portugal
We visited Fatima, Oblidos, Nazare and Batalha beautiful towns. But the best part of our experience was our driver Joan. Very nice gentlemen. He was super knowledgeable and very patient. We got a private tour and it was the best because we could take our time at our destinations. Super recommend this company. You feel safe (we could leave our belongings with Joan) and you enjoy the company while you visit.
