ローマのホテルから空港までのプライベート出発送迎

Very clean and comfortable. Got to our international flight in the timeframe expected. We had a driver switch overnight, but I believe it's because drivers sign up through Viator much like Uber in the US.

Make sure you check in 24 hours before pick up. Adjusted pickup time due to morning traffic. The service was great.

Woke up the morning of travel to our flight being delayed by 4 hours. Immediately reached out to try to reschedule pickup, was told in a very rude way that I was out of luck and money, and no plan to get to the airport at the updated time. A company offering airport transfers should have much better understanding of how flights work and some grace when working with already stressed travelers. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 since a driver did show up at the original time, despite multiple attempts on my part to reach out prior to his arrival.

They were great drivers. We had two transfers. They were so sweet🥰 we were comfortable and our driver let us stop for a break🥰

Our driver communicated the day before our pick to confirm time and place. He arrived early and was very helpful loading our bags. The drive was pleasant.

Friendly and polite driver and a pristine vehicle with enough room for six adults with luggage to transport. Great service!

Stefano was on time--actually early--and knew the route well. My granddaughter commented that he didn't drive like a maniac.

Great experience Our driver Oleg Arrived exactly on time . The black Suv was so clean and held all of our bags. 8 to be exact . The drive to the airport was comfortable and we felt safe as he navigated the busy roads in rome.

Everything about this trip was exceptional-driver on time & friendly-I would highly recommend Viator

Prompt and on time. Confirmed via text the night before. Fast transport and courteous service. Recommend.
