Our driver was excellent. He has a very beautiful Mercedes van. He was on time and called on the phone to verify we were in the baggage claim area. It was easy to find this personable man. We recommend this service!

Overall, a very good experience. There were no issues whatsoever, even though we were delayed because of baggage issues. The driver was very patient and very helpful. I’m going to book with them for my return trip.

I paid for and hired what I thought would be a private car from the airport to my hotel Instead a regular taxi was sent to take me
