While we could have called a taxi, it was nice knowing that we had transportation that was booked and able to accommodate us and all our luggage after a 14-day cruise and one night in Barcelona. They were also able to move up our pickup reducing our stress in getting to the airport with plenty of time before our flight. The driver made quick work of loading our many bags and got us to the airport safely and expeditiously.

Our transportation company was on time and was very polite when placing our luggage in the van. I would definitely utilize this company again. Would like to also say it was a van and not a Mercedes as advertised.

The vehicle was nice; however, the driver arrived over 20 minutes early and he kept messaging me, calling me, and acting very frustrated in the lobby. He went to concierge and was not very nice to my sister in law while she was in the lobby prior to us coming down.
