I didn't realize until I revisited my booking that I had booked a taxi to the airport. I thought I was getting a private car, but it was taxi that was 20 minutes late picking us up. Also, he sent me a text "Hello, How are you? I hope U R Fine" How am I suppose to know that is from the taxi driver? He never identified himself, I thought it was a catfisth so I didn't answer. He drove extremely fast passing all other cars on the road and in and out of traffic. I thought he was making up for picking us up late. He asked which airline, which was American and he dropped us off at the first stop, which was not American. It took us several minutes to find out American was the other end of the terminal which cost us more time. The drive did take a call while driving (hands free) making arrangements for a pick up. I think he dropped us off at the wrong location so he could pick up his next fare.

Driver was very punctual, courteous, very knowledgeable in terms of if the route to take. The car was very clean and ample room to accommodate us and our luggage!

I booked this “private transfer”, assuming it was a private company with a premium vehicle and paid $93. The vehicle was nothing more than a typical local taxi and the upon arrival at airport the meter read $38!!! Very disappointing and furthermore, I feel totally ripped off!!!

In some cases, we use official Barcelona taxis due to insurance, legal requirements, and environmental restrictions in certain zones. This group is great. Our driver was waiting for us for our 4 AM pickup to Barcelona Airport taking a lot of stress off my back. The cars are clean and the drivers professional.
This worked great! We needed to leave our Airbnb at 4 am to get to the airport in time, as a family of 5, and were nervous both about getting a taxi at that hour at all and getting one that would be big enough. I was really excited when I saw this option in Viator a few days before our departure. Our driver was there a few minutes early, the car was very comfortable, and this was a low-stress, smooth way to get to the airport.

Driver was prompt and on schedule. For peace of mind, I would like to have seen the address of my pickup location confirmed on my voucher.

Our driver was prompt in picking us up. There were 4 of us, and we had a ton of luggage, so needed a large vehicle. And we needed to be at airport by 7am, and did not want to try to find a taxi large enough for us all that early in the morning. He was quick and efficient in loading it and unloading it. He got us to airport in plenty of time
