The guide is the reason I marked it as 4 star as he was fantastic. However the tour is very inaccurate. You don’t get entry into any location. You are dropped off in Florence and then told where to go to look from outside. So very disappointed about that. The tour states entry into sites which is not the case.

This tour was simply amazing! Paolo was our guide and driver and his did a tremendous job! he was knowledgeable, engaging, timely, polite, and our friend by the end of the day! He certainly knows the area and gave us all we could see in a days time. We appreciated the information and great views of Pisa and Florence. Thanks so much for making our day so special!

This tour was amazing from the beautiful Florence to the spectacular Pisa. I highly recommend this tour because Francesca, the tour guide, was friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. She was extremely professional and took care of us every step of the way. Our day at Florence and Pisa was unforgettable thanks to this tour!
