We had such an incredible experience touring Old Cairo with our wonderful guide, Marsil, and our driver, Kero! From beginning to end, they made our day feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly special. Marsil was absolutely amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and significance of everything we visited. We explored several of Old Cairo’s beautiful historic churches, including Saint Simon Church and the Cave Church, which was by far my favorite stop. The Cave Church was incredibly beautiful, but more importantly, it was such a meaningful and moving experience for me personally. It is something I will remember long after leaving Egypt. What stood out most about Marsil was how much she genuinely cared about our experience. Our happiness truly felt like her number one priority. She constantly made sure we were comfortable, enjoying ourselves, and getting everything we wanted out of the tour. It never felt rushed or impersonal—it felt like we were spending the day with someone who truly wanted us to fall in love with the history, culture, and beauty of Cairo. Kero was also wonderful! He was friendly, professional, and made traveling between each location easy and comfortable. We felt completely safe and taken care of throughout the entire day. I cannot recommend Marsil and Kero enough. If you have the opportunity to tour Cairo with them, especially the historic churches and Cave Church, do it!
