I would not recommend this company/any of its excursions. After arriving early I was told to return at a certain time which we did. We were then rushed and told rudely to get ready as other customers were waiting on us. We were not given instructions on where to store our items or where to get a key for the lockers etc. Following this, we were rushed yet again where we weren’t allowed a drink. We then had to get on a small hot tub with 4 other strangers. No safety briefing was given. I left a review on Airbnb where Skuna responded unprofessionally stating that we were rude which is completely incorrect. We were rude when the staff primarily chose this course of behavior. As a “business” that is primarily dealing with customers I would have hoped that they would been better trained in this area but they clearly were not as demonstrated by their lack of ability to take criticism and be accountable. To summarise, if you prefer to go on a cheap hot tub trip in Canary Wharf with poorly organised, rude staff whilst having smoke blown in your face throughout, please go ahead. Skuna, when responding to customer reviews, ensure your responses are accurate and not fabricated.

We are very disappointed to see this review, particularly as it is a further account of the same visit that does not reflect what our team experienced on the day.
To be completely clear your interactions with our staff were completely out of line and your behaviour was not only directed at our team, but also had an impact on the other guests sharing the experience with you.
Importantly, this is not simply our interpretation of what happened. We received feedback from the other guests afterwards who told us that your behaviour had nearly spoiled their experience. They were also apologetic to our team about how we had been spoken to and the situation that had been created, by you and your guest.
We are always prepared to listen to criticism and take genuine feedback seriously. What we will not do is accept an inaccurate account of an incident where our team were doing their job and other paying guests were affected by the behaviour of one group.
Our previous response on Airbnb was based on the account provided by our team at the time, and from our CCTV footage around site. It was not fabricated, nor was it an attempt to avoid accountability. We stand by it.
We are sorry that you did not enjoy your experience, but we will not accept responsibility for behaviour that was not ours and we will not allow our staff to be unfairly characterised as rude when the feedback we received from the other guests involved tells a very different story.

Amazing experience, and a very different and social way to get to know this London district. Our guide was really funny and social.

Fun thing to do!
Super fun thing to do! We did the igloo boat tour, wouldn’t say it’s a tour as such though. Chocolate fondue was lovely. Our captain, Adam, was fab - just felt like an extra friend had joined us!

Sugar rush on water
We had a hot chocolate fondue boat with our guide Adam. He gave us an awesome tour and explained the history of the area. We had a nice sugar rush before heading back to our hotel.

Awesome experience!
Beautiful experience, the food was awesome! We got as much food as we wanted since it is unlimited and there were many good options. Our guide Adam was really nice and friendly. The hot chocolate and the brownie were really good. Would 100% recommend and will probably return next time!
