I have booked many tours with Viator in different countries and this was by far the worst one I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The communication from the ‘company’ was awful and we were picked up late from our hotel by a random taxi but the worst part was the guide herself. She added virtually nothing in the way of information. She barely spoke to us and seemed to have almost no knowledge of the Falls or the local area. If anything she detracted from the experience. She even spent time taking her own photos of the Falls on her phone. It was a completely pointless waste of money as we could have done exactly the same tour without her. Do not book with this company!

A memorable experience
Although late in picking us up the driver was very well spoken, the tour guide Thelma was very friendly and very helpful and patient. She loved taking photos. We saw everything and had heaps of time to take all the beauty in, it is truly a magical place to visit.

Fantastic guided tour of the Victoria falls
A knowledgeable and friendly guide, Thelma made this experience an unforgettable one. The hotel pick up and drop was done in a professional manner. The communication was top notch. Thelma also was kind to take many photos. Highly recommend this tour.

A guided tour unfortunately not guided....
Our guide was friendly, but by a guided tour we mean something different. Our guide read the respective points from a blackboard and then she accompanied us from point to point, without any further explanation. When we asked questions, we got short answers, sometimes no answer at all.
We would have found the way to the lookout points on our own and so the tour was unfortunately not helpful for us.
The Victoria Falls themselves are breathtaking and simply indescribable at sunrise!

Water, water and more warer.
What a sight to behold. Amazing is definitely not the right word. They are was my guide and she was so sweet. I called her my daughter for 2 hours.

I was never picked up by the tour agent. they never came to the lodge.the lodge tried to contact them but their fone was not working 😕

Magnificent point of view
Superb panorama, you have to take the time to stay there a little, the light changes quickly and the rainbows move, it's magical. Be careful to take at least kway or better rain poncho.

Must Do
the falls from the Zimbabwe side are a must see. My guide Lock was brilliant she was super knowledgeable, fun and friendly she gave recommendations on other activities at Vic Falls and organised them at short notice 10/10

We had a fulfilling and awesome experience during the tour.
The guide was excellent and had a awesome way of explaining the history on the tour. He also made us take great pictures from different angles. A valuable and great experience.
