The staff from Indian Panaroma were service oriented and professional. Special mention of Ms Akalya who helped to coordinate the customised tour for us even before we arrived in Cochin. Appreciate all her special efforts to ensure that we had a good time in Kerala. The agency even deployed staff to meet and greet us at the Cochin hotel before the start and end of our three-day road trip. This gesture was most reassuring for us as we were first time visitors in Kerala. We were assigned to an excellent driver, Mr Yahiya, who provided a safe and comfortable ride during these three days. He was knowledgeable and knew the rural terrain and urban city well. I will recommend my friends to Indian Panaroma should they need any customised tours or hired transport in future.
