Tasting in a nice and typical restaurant in the heart of Parma. Nice guide, small group. Solid explanation and successful tasting.
Wat geweldig om te horen dat je hebt genoten van de proeverij in een leuk en typisch restaurantje in het hartje van Parma! Fijn dat de gids toffe was en dat de uitleg degelijk en de tasting geslaagd was.

Delightful host at a great vendor. Sometimes experiences like this one take place at a shop that caters to large groups of tourists. If this one does, it wasn't doing so on the day we participated. Just the two of us, our host, and an attentive server. We learned a lot and enjoyed every moment in air-conditioned comfort.

Giada was our guide and was exceptional, very interesting. The tasting of very rich but somewhat scarce wines and the antipasto very very scarce.
