La nostra prima sosta degustazione ci porta in una delle più antiche salumerie di Parma, dove assaggerai un assortimento accuratamente selezionato dei salumi più iconici della regione. Dal Prosciutto di Parma agli altri salumi tradizionali, ogni boccone racconta la storia dell’artigianato locale e delle antiche tecniche, il tutto perfettamente abbinato a un rinfrescante vino locale.
Continuando a camminare, ci dirigiamo verso uno dei luoghi simbolo della città, il Palazzo della Pilotta, un vasto complesso storico che riflette il passato di Parma come importante capitale ducale. Lungo la strada, ci fermiamo in un'autentica bottega di formaggi per assaggiare il re dei formaggi Italiani: il Parmigiano Reggiano. Qui, imparerai cosa rende questo prodotto così unico mentre assaggi diverse varietà invecchiate.
Successivamente, visitiamo una panetteria locale per assaggiare una delle specialità salate più amate della regione. Alla Panetteria Anna, ci godiamo una deliziosa striscia di erbazzone, una tradizionale pasticceria al forno ripiena di verdure, formaggi ed erbe aromatiche che rappresenta il comfort food quotidiano dell’Emilia-Romagna.
Passeggiando per Piazza Garibaldi, piazza principale della città e cuore della vita pubblica, ci fermiamo in una delle più tradizionali salumerie-ristoranti di Parma. Qui potrete gustare una degustazione di pasta fresca fatta a mano, vero simbolo della cucina locale, preparata secondo ricette antiche tramandate di generazione in generazione.
Terminate con un classico dolce locale di una bottega storica, espressione orgogliosa della tradizione dolciaria casalinga di Parma.

We booked our tour online. First - very easy to book, and any inquiries were answered promptly, very precise instructions and links for additional help. Our guide Samantha was exceptional. Samantha was pleasant, bilingual and most of all very knowledgeable of Parma & surrounding areas. The pace of tour was awesome, a real taste of the culture, I even endeavoured in the secret dish, which I will leave for you when you book! One piece of advice - comfy shoes, check the weather and dress appropriately( personally I love the heat) and most of all come with an appetite - guarantee you will not be disappointed.
