Lors de notre visite gastronomique secrète de Bologne : nous vous offrirons une expérience gustative inoubliable. Nous allons commencer par une Raviola traditionnelle avec Mostarda alla Bolognese. Ensuite, nous visiterons l'une des plus anciennes Salumeria de la ville pour en savoir plus sur les produits carnés locaux et les célèbres pâtes. Vous apprécierez : Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella di Bologna et bien d'autres charcuteries régionales dans la plus vieille Osteria du monde avec un verre de notre vin local. Ensuite, nous avons prévu un avant-goût de pâtes faites à la main juste pour nous dans une Trattoria locale, toujours avec un verre de vin local (et un café, si vous aimez). Ensuite, nous visiterons le principal marché alimentaire local, appelé Quadrilatero, et nous profiterons d'une dégustation de différents types de vinaigre balsamique de Modène pour découvrir comment cette tradition étonnante est encore profondément ancrée dans cette région. Veuillez noter que nous ne sommes pas encore en mesure d'offrir une option sans gluten ou végétalienne. Cette visite n'est pas non plus accessible en fauteuil roulant et poussette.

Bienvenue au début de notre odyssée culinaire au Palazzo della Mercanzia. Notre guide lancera les débats avec des présentations, ouvrant la voie à une exploration revigorante de la scène culinaire dynamique de Bologne. La construction du palais remonte au 14ème siècle et a historiquement servi d'épicentre des activités économiques et commerciales de la ville. Une caractéristique remarquable du Palazzo della Mercanzia est l'imposante statue en bois de San Petronio, le saint patron de Bologne, fièrement exposée sur la façade.
Un quartier captivant et historique niché au cœur de Bologne, en Italie, également connu sous le nom de « Quadrilatero Romano », est célèbre pour ses rues médiévales et sa pléthore de délices culinaires. Le surnom de « Quadrilatero » fait allusion au tracé rectangulaire des rues du quartier. La basilique San Petronio, une église majestueuse et historique située au cœur de Bologne, en Italie, est l'une des plus grandes églises du monde et un monument important de la ville. Dédiée à Saint Pétrone, saint patron de Bologne, la construction de l'église a commencé en 1390, s'étendant sur des siècles avec la contribution de divers architectes.

We had an amazing experience on this food tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna! Our guide, Caterina, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly passionate about the city. Her love for Bologna was evident in every story she shared, and by the end of the tour, we felt like we had fallen in love with the city too. The variety of stops was excellent, giving us the chance to taste a wide range of authentic local specialties. Every stop offered something unique, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Beyond the incredible food, we also learned so much about Bologna’s history, culture, and culinary traditions.
