Great way to see some sights in Munich. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Buses were clean & stayed on schedule. Would highly recommend.

Worth to book all 3 routes if you have time. The only thing, make sure you find out ahead of time if you jump off when they are picking up at the spot again. Our driver said next bus was in 30 minutes and it was actually an hour. That is why gave it 4 stars vs 5. It was a great way to see the city.

We have had very good experiences using Hop on/Hop off bus in multiple cities. This particular experience was disappointing because the buses did not arrive at the times we had been told (60 minutes instead of 30) and the recording was not updated to reflect the fact that the Olympic Tower in the Olympic Village site of 1972 Olympics is closed and will be for a year! We had hoped to be able to go to the top for panoramic views. Otherwise this was a good way to see the highlights of the city.

Great experience, I highly recommend it to everyone to enjoy the beautiful highlights of the city. The atmosphere was amazing.

I must say this was an amazing experience. We did the SkyLift in Munich Germany, during Oktoberfest and you could see for miles. The view was absolutely incredible. Would definitely ride agian… oh and you must do the top. It’s windy… but it’s the BEST VIEW!!!

Easy to find the bus and the tour was very informative , bringing you to all of the desirable destinations in Munich. Did all 3 routes and the headphones worked perfectly. Would recommend this excursion.

There are 2 big items. They do not have a real sytem to notify cutomers of delays even at their main stop. Also the office staff was a bit dimissive. One agent told some folks to wait for their bus on the front of the bus line ..Then rhe bus came in at the back othe lone and she made no attempt tp get them if ot had not been for another passenger they would have stood there for another hour. Also there are no toilets at tje main office you have to go down the block and across the street. That is tougj the the majority of their elderly clientel.

Clean buses, nice drivers, good routes.

In almost any city where we are staying for a few days, we take a Hop on Hop off service to orient ourselves. Normally, they have extensive routes that cover most important sites. This one has split itself into three separate 'routes', each with a separate charge. Now if each route had ten or more stops, that might be acceptable, but we signed up for their 'triple' ticket to find that each route was quite short. They could easily combine all three, and make it far easier to "hop off" and then get to the next interesting stop. With three separate routes, it was hard to plan a day's site seeing, since you had to get back to a transfer stop to get the next ride. The detail of the pre-recorded guide was good, but it was sometimes out of synch with the stops, and on the red line we found they'd included stops not on the published schedule, perhaps because of a major event in town. But really, if they had to do that, they should also have added those stops to the audio guide, or had the bus driver announce the changes. Our favorite operators always announce the stop number as well as the name of the stop, making it easy to track where you are on the map. This one doesn't include the stop numbers, making it harder to decide where you want to be by looking at the map. It was not awful, but it was FAR from the best we've taken. There is a second company operating in town - the Big Bus from Greyhound. Next time we visit Munich, we'll try that one.
