Visite à pied du Troisième Reich Munich

This is not the easiest topic to navigate and our guide Sarah totally rocked. Her passion truly rang in her presentation and knowledge of this topic blew my mind. What most impressed me was her willingness to have Inuit from others who may know something about the topic of discussion and to ask questions. She was engaging for the entire time and the subtle details you will learn will surprise you.

Sam was an awesome guide! We had a 13 year old and 9 year old with us. Although I would say this tour isn’t the most interesting for kids, he answered all of their questions very well and they talked about how much they learned.

We really enjoyed our tour, our guide Jake was awesome, he had a great sense of humour and was super knowledgeable and interesting to listen to, he also recommended some great spots for us to check out which we really appreciated! The tour was very interesting and covered a good bit of the city centre so you get to see a lot while learning more about the third reich, we also had a small group of really lovely people so was a good morning, but very hot, so bring water and sunscreen if you are doing this in summer. But overall highly recommend doing this, especially if you are into history.

Did another tour with Jake and he was wonderful!! He is super knowledgeable and fun. Very interesting to learn the history of Munich.

Steve was amazing and has a wealth of knowledge on the history of the third reich. Amazing storytelling as well and accompanied by a binder filled with historical pictures.

Sam presented some very good information and made the tour interactive and interesting. By telling stories about people and places, Sam made the tour more personal which my husband and I both enjoyed.

Aileen was a fantastically knowledgeable guide. Her command of the subject matter and her sensitivities when discussing it were tremendous. She also was gracious enough to walk some of us back to the city centre afterwards. A fantastically professional and personable performance – the kind of guide every other guide should watch and learn from!

Sarah was amazing ! The level of knowledge she had on the tour was incredible and astounding! We learnt a lot and inspired us to learn more ! Every detail she was sharing and every story she was narrating, we could see the scenes in front of our eyes virtually! Other than the horrible hot weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour !

Our guide, Dan, provided one of the best tours that we’ve ever scheduled to Tripadvisor. As in historian, he was able to lay out the events of the third Reich from the perspective of the people at the time. In addition,he had family members and was able to interweave personal events and decisions that they made into his tour. Personally, he’s inspired me to take a European history course upon my return.
