Soirée au Coco Bongo de Cancún avec billet Gold Member VIP par After Dark

My honest review of Coco Bongo: We went on a Friday night and arrived at our allocated entry time. Unfortunately, we ended up queuing for over an hour to get in and were constantly approached by people offering paid queue-jump options. Considering our tickets already cost over $100 each (including tax), this was frustrating. Once inside, the shows themselves were incredible and definitely the highlight of the night. There were quite a few filler segments between performances, but that was understandable. The biggest downside was how overcrowded the venue felt. It was extremely hot due to the number of people they were trying to fit inside. Even at half the capacity, the atmosphere would still have been fantastic. We were repeatedly told to keep squeezing further into the crowd, and whenever we managed to find a spot with a little space, security would shine flashing lights at us and tell us to move—presumably to make room for VIP guests. This made the experience feel quite uncomfortable. The open bar was a positive, and the bartender quickly remembered our usual order. The drinks did seem a little watered down, but that wasn’t a major issue. Overall, would I go again? Probably not, especially considering the price. Unless I could get an upgrade to a seated VIP or balcony section, I don’t think the experience offered good value for money.

Loved it and the vip package was worth it. No hassle would book again

To be VIP, it was Very very crowded and no organization but the music and show was good. The food wasn’t that great either. Only the French fries were good.

We were a group of 5 friends, we had a great time, the shows were fun to see the music was great and the drinks were good. Remember you have to be open minded as it can get crowded so just have fun!!

We booked Gold VIP for Saturday 23rd May, as a couple visiting from the UK it cost us just over £300 for 2 people. We arrived at 8pm, checked in and got our wrist bands and sat in the bar area. Took maybe 15 minutes for a waiter to arrive and offer us drinks, the open bar menu is confusing and we couldn’t tell what was included or not, waiter said Margaritas were so we went for those. We were told the club would open at 8.30, we were still queuing at 8.45, eventually it opened so so many people rushed forwards and jumped the queue - security did nothing to stop this which was infuriating. We then had to queue for 30 minutes in a small, really hor corridor, everyone was going nuts about the heat. We eventually got into the club at 9.15, followed the line to the Gold VIP area and got seated. View of the stage was good, but you can’t see anything on the floor, and the acrobats are restricted view thanks to a huge pillar! Server did his best but 2 of them to a large VIP area meant service was slow and we often had empty glasses. Cocktails were really weak, I had 8 margaritas and left completely sober. The performances and music were great, but be prepared for lots of exhibitions, semi naked girls and lots of innuendo. A fun night but we’ve seen it and have no reason to return.

Unfortunately, the Viator booking did not show up on the Coco Bongo side. After back and forth with a rep who one of the attendants was texting to figure it out, we got in, but lost crucial seating perks. Seating in gold is based on when you arrive. We arrived early enough (actually one of the 1st 10 in line) to be on the front row but ended up not being able to see a thing where we eventually were seated. Coco bongo kept trying to upsell us seating instead of just making it right and they took and sent a picture of my drivers license b4 I realized that’s what she was doing when trying to figure out the booking. I’m sure it was in an effort to verify the reservation, but it was wrong on so many levels. I fault Viator and Coco Bongo for the lack of system comparability and especially Coco Bongo for not making it right and the DL picture. They shouldn’t work with Viator if the systems are not seamless.

Very disappointed with my experience at Coco Bongo Cancun. We paid a lot but were seated in a corner with poor, obstructed views, which made it hard to enjoy anything. The “show” felt more like a loud nightclub than an actual performance, and the drinks were extremely watered down. We left after about an hour because it just wasn’t worth it. Overall, overpriced and not as advertised. Would not recommend.

I GAVE THE SERVICE ONE STAR. GOLD MEMBERSHIP IS NOT WORTH IT... THE SHOW WAS INCREDIBLE, BUT THE WAITER SERVICE AND THE FOOD WERE NOT WORTH IT EITHER. I'VE BEEN THERE BEFORE, PAID THE REGULAR PRICE, BOUGHT A BOTTLE, FOOD, AND SERVICE, AND IT WAS EXCELLENT. GOLD MEMBERSHIP IS A WASTE OF MONEY. NO ONE GAVE US ANY INFORMATION WHEN WE CHECKED IN, AND WE STILL ENDED UP IN A LONG LINE THAT DIDN'T START MOVING UNTIL AFTER 9 PM. WE ENDED UP SITTING IN THE BACK OF THE CLUB AND HAD THE WORST WAITER EVER. The food was cold nachos while everyone around us had burgers and fries. We couldn't even get the waiter to bring us a bottle of water after asking for it repeatedly. The guy was paying more attention to the women in front of us than the couples in the back. The drinks were watered down, and he kept bringing the wrong orders. Like I said, the show is amazing. The service for the Gold is absolute crap; you're better off buying a bottle downstairs. Note to the club: Communicate better with customers when they check in. It's not that hard.

The best service in Berlin. On several occasions he was giving us his support in different spaces of the hotel. Their service was excellent and really satisfactory. Thank you very much.
