**Prise en charge à l'aéroport :** À votre arrivée, veuillez récupérer vos bagages et vous diriger vers le hall des arrivées. Votre chauffeur attend à l'extérieur du terminal dans la zone de prise en charge du transport terrestre avec une pancarte affichant un logo orange Cancun Travel Experience. Veuillez présenter votre confirmation ou une pièce d'identité avec photo lors de la prise en charge. Votre transport sera prêt exactement 30 minutes après l'heure d'atterrissage de votre vol et peut attendre jusqu'à 60 minutes après l'heure d'atterrissage de votre vol. Arrivées : si par hasard, vous rencontrez des problèmes pour localiser votre chauffeur, veuillez vous rendre à l'un des points de rendez-vous suivants : - Terminal 2 (arrivées nationales) au Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (arrivées internationales) au Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 au Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 au Welcome Bar **Prise en charge à l'hôtel :** Votre heure exacte de prise en charge sera confirmée un jour avant le départ de votre vol, votre chauffeur vous attendra dans le hall de votre hôtel. My flight was late. The shuttle left. They did attempt to contact me, but I had to wait a while for my luggage and I didn't have wifi. I eventually was scammed and spent $160 for a 20 minute ride to my hotel.

Additionally, our airport arrival service includes a courtesy waiting time of up to one hour after the flight has landed to allow passengers enough time to complete immigration procedures, collect their luggage, and proceed to the meeting point. According to our records, our team attempted to contact you during this waiting period through every communication channel available to us, including phone calls, messages, and the contact information provided with the reservation. Unfortunately, we were unable to establish communication during the waiting period. Beware the company changed the price after arrival. The rate I paid DOUBLED in the airport parking lot and they refused to honor what was already paid.

In both reservations, the selected rate was not the correct one for the destination requested, which resulted in an additional charge being required to cover the difference in service area and travel distance. The trip back to the airport was very good. Thadriver was really good. But it was really difficult to find them upon arrival. They have to display the name of the company let's say on a big piece of paper like other companies do..

I booked a shuttle service to transport two of us from Cuncun International Airport to Royal Hideaway Playacar (round trip). After I paid and received confirmation from Viator and before my departure, the operator "Cancun Travel Experience" asked me to pay extra $80. I would request for refunding.

The reservation was originally made using the Cancun hotel zone rate; however, the actual destination for the service was Royal Hideaway Playacar, which is located in Playa del Carmen. Since Playa del Carmen falls under a different service area with a longer travel distance, there is a price difference of $40 USD each way, totaling $80 USD for the roundtrip service. We would also like to confirm that both the arrival and departure transportation services were provided as scheduled and according to the details confirmed in your reservation. It was the most awful experience I’ve ever had booking as a single woman traveling on her own. I was left stranded at the airport and no one was available. I made calls and sent messages. No one responded and customer service was no help.

I arrived and traveled to the hotel, my friends fight was delayed but they wouldn’t provide a partial refund but other than that they did well.
