Votre chauffeur attend à l'extérieur du terminal dans la zone de prise en charge du transport terrestre avec une pancarte affichant un logo orange Cancun Travel Experience. Veuillez présenter votre confirmation ou une pièce d'identité avec photo lors de la prise en charge. Votre transport sera prêt exactement 30 minutes après l'heure d'atterrissage de votre vol avant que vos heures de service ne commencent à courir. Arrivées : si par hasard, vous rencontrez des problèmes pour localiser votre chauffeur, veuillez vous rendre à l'un des points de rendez-vous suivants : - Terminal 2 (arrivées nationales) au Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (arrivées internationales) au Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 au Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 au Welcome Bar **Prise en charge à l'hôtel :** Votre heure exacte de prise en charge sera coordonnée avec l'opérateur local, votre chauffeur vous attendra dans le hall de votre hôtel. We met a friend, who lives locally in Cancun, at the marina peurto for coffee. Our driver (Luis) dropped us off and picked us back up at the exact location at the time we specified. He also stayed on the premises in case we were ready to leave early which is why I picked this service. Great experience!

We rented a private shuttle to avoid stopping at several hotels and it was well worth it. Driver was waiting for us after we arrived at the airport with a big sign with our name so we were able to find him easily in the crowd. The driver who picked us up from the hotel to take us to the airport after our trip was also very prompt (arrived early). Both drivers (to/from) were very courteous and identified themselves and verified our name and bookings. We will definitely use this service again and highly recommend.

Picked us up at airport; in a crowded and overwhelming environment Sergio had a sign held up high and professional. He kindly treated us and made us feel at home and took us to our transport. Opened the doors for the ladies and loaded all our luggage. Was kind enough to stop at store to allow us to get situated with adult beverages. Great clean ride; very courteous and professional; would hire again in a heartbeat. Our driver Sergio was top notch, super knowledgeable with great advice.
