Cette expérience est conçue pour s'adresser aux amis, à la famille ou aux groupes (occupation double minimum) qui souhaitent faire un safari sans avoir nécessairement à dormir au parc. Avec une durée totale de visite de 7 heures depuis Johannesburg, la Dinokeng Game Reserve est la plus grande réserve faunique « Big Five » de Gauteng, située à 1 heure et 40 minutes au nord de Johannesburg et à 40 minutes de Pretoria. La durée d'une session de safari est généralement de 2 heures et 30 minutes sur les camions 4x4 à toit ouvert conduits par le garde-chasse résident, qui racontera des faits amusants sur le parc tout en parcourant les vastes sentiers poussiéreux. Les observations d'animaux populaires à espérer sont les hippopotames, les éléphants, les rhinocéros, les lions, les buffles, les girafes, les zèbres, les kudus, les chacals, les impalas, les gnous et les crocodiles.

Dinokeng Game Reserve est la plus grande réserve faunique « Big Five » de Gauteng, à 1 h 40 au nord de Johannesburg et à 40 minutes de Pretoria. Les safaris populaires au lever du soleil (5h30 en été ou 6h00 en hiver) ou au coucher du soleil (16h00 en été ou 15h30 en hiver) sont les meilleurs moments pour rechercher le Big 5. La durée est généralement de 2 heures et 30 minutes sur les camions 4x4 découverts conduits par des gardes-chasse, qui racontent des faits sur les animaux tout en naviguant sur le terrain. Les hippopotames, les éléphants, les rhinocéros, les lions, les guépards, les léopards, les buffles, les girafes, les zèbres, les kudus, les chacals, les impalas, les gnous et les crocodiles font partie des sites touristiques populaires à admirer. Chaque camion peut accueillir un total de 10 adultes, les rangers auront donc plus de temps pour répondre à toutes vos questions individuelles sur la faune. De l'eau en bouteille et des collations sont fournies lors d'une mini-pause à mi-parcours de la visite. Prise en charge et retour dans une berline ou un minibus climatisé depuis votre hôtel à Johannesburg, Pretoria ou à l'aéroport international O. R. Tambo.

An amazing afternoon safari, Jacob our guide was so welcoming and friendly. We were collected from the hotel by Jacob and taken directly to the reserve for the drive. The drive itself was fantastic we got see to so many animals and Lovemore our guide on the game drive made the most of the time we had. Our young daughter will have many memories from this tour and I would recommend this for any family looking for a game drive.
What wonderful time we had throughout that entire afternoon. Amazing wildlife sightings, from the Cheetahs you spotted that set the tone of the rest of the safari game drive. Our local site safari ranger pulled off an amazing series of wonderful wildlife findings during the sunset Game drive that we will cherish forever. We look forward to your return to South Africa.
Make sure you layer up for early morning game rides. Make sure you have warm hat and possibly a scarf to cover your face because of the wind. Our driver Luke was fantastic. We were able to see beautiful animals. Such a great experience.
We felt welcomed with helpfulness and kindness, the Service was organized with care and attention. Everything perfect, accompanied in every step. We met a really nice person who loves his job. Preferable to the big tour operators who have lost their souls.

The driver (Mr Solace) was very patient and kind. The drive was nice, but the wildlife sightings were disappointing. didn't see the big 5.
