Transfer from Cancun Airport to Tulum was smooth and convenient. A company representative was waiting exactly where he said he would be with a sign bearing my name. The driver was safe and professional. I had originally booked a transfer that was more expensive than it needed to be and the tour company corrected my mistake. Their honesty was much appreciated. I also recommended this transfer service to family and they had a good experience, too. This transfer service is an excellent value.

As a seasoned traveler and the family's trip planner, finding transportation in a foreign country is quite daunting. Advance Traveling made it easy and the van was really spacious and clean. Booked two one ways since I wasn't sure of our return details when booking the transfer to the hotel. Both times the transfer went very smoothly. On the pickup, there was a person holding my name on a sign by the welcome bar. After greeting him, he asked us to wait a few minutes for the driver, then took us over to him. The shuttle van was clean and very large. My only minor complaint was the Whatsapp response time wasn't always quick, but I always got a response eventually which answered/resolved my inquiries.

When we arrived at the designated area to meet our driver, they were not there. We tried calling with no one picking up. We tried emailing with no response. After panicking, another driver helped me to try and call the company. They answered for him. Finally someone showed up almost an hour late. Come to find out that the company lied to the driver about where he had to take us which was about 40 minutes longer than what he had planned. I will never use your service again. You should be ashamed of yourself for not even apologizing for this misstep by you.

We used this transfer service for our family of 8 from CUN to Tulum. We were welcomed at the airport with a sign with our name and had our luggage carried to the shuttle van. Modern, clean, air conditioned shuttle with charging ports. Great driver and excellent communication from the organizer. Would recommend!

These guys provide a fantastic service. They met us at the airport with a sign as planned, the van was very nice and air-conditioned, we had seven passengers, all adults, and all of our luggage that fit easily in the van. Our transportation was to our resort near Tulum. They also helped me adjust my reservation for round-trip back to the airport at the end of our vacation. All staff were super pleasant and couldn’t ask for a better service. Their communications prior to our trip, during, and afterward was excellent. Highly recommend them and will use them again.
