Description
Rendez-vous à l'Office de tourisme d'Épernay à 9 h 35, en passant par l'emblématique avenue de Champagne. Partez à la découverte de la campagne champenoise pour une aventure inoubliable en vélo électrique. Parcourez à vélo les villages classés « Premier Cru » et « Grand Cru », admirez des vues imprenables sur les vignobles classés au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO et visitez Hautvillers, berceau du champagne, où repose Dom Pérignon. Après la balade, retournez dans un domaine viticole pour une visite des caves, une dégustation et un déjeuner traditionnel français composé de spécialités locales (nous nous adaptons à vos besoins alimentaires). Remarques importantes : Les participants doivent être des cyclistes expérimentés, car les vélos électriques sont plus lourds que les vélos classiques. Dépose : 15 h 15 à Épernay. Apportez une bouteille d'eau réutilisable ; vous pourrez la remplir sur place. Réservez vos billets de train à l'avance. Le circuit n'est pas remboursable en cas de problèmes liés au train.

The temperature was about to hit 40 degrees Celsius so that cycle trip was cancelled. However, we were immediately offered the same trip but in a mini van - with air conditioning. Wonderful afternoon, amazing lunch, fabulous wines, ports and of course champagnes. Tasty and super interesting - our guide was McCain, very relaxed and knowledgable

It was 92 degrees out and I was dreading this outing a bit, however, the beauty of the surroundings, the warmth and knowledge of our guide Suzanne, and the delicious lunch made short work of my qualms. The tour of the vineyards, the cellar and the ride along the canal were, without doubt the highlight of an already fabulous trip to France. I’m so very glad I treated myself to this experience.

Our tour with Thomas was amazing - my husband and I were lucky enough to be the only people on the tour so it was extra special. Thomas' knowledge of the local history and of winemaking in the Champagne region was exceptional, the lunch was truly superb and of course the champagne and wine tastings were fabulous. Highly highly recommend this tour and this Champagne house. Magnifique! Thank you Thomas!

A brilliant experience. Tomas was a perfect and knowledge guide. The lunch was more than expected and very tasty. We were incredibly lucky with the weather and the scenery throughout the ride was absolutely beautiful. We’d thoroughly recommend this for anyone looking for a unique experience where you can see a little more of Champagne.

This was a great day all around. Beautiful e-bike ride through the countryside and vineyards, fun travelling companions, informative presentation, and finally a delicious and abundant lunch (with champagne) in the lovely dining room of the Corbier (as opposed to out in the hot sun where others sat!). The couple we were with, who don't usually do things like this, said it was the best day of our trip!

Etienne our guide was very informative as we rode through the villages and vineyards in the champagne region. The tour ended with a lovely lunch and tasting.

So much fun! Great tour of the area on bikes followed by a lovely lunch. I booked this to help get out and about and over my jet lag, and it was perfect. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

25km ride around the vineyards. Easy riding on an e bike. Lovely views across rolling hills, interesting insights from our guide and a delightful tasting and lunch to finish. Not really a full day. Riding slowly for about 3h then a couple of hours back where we started to taste 2 types of champagne and eat lunch. Quite expensive for what it was circa 190 euro each.
