Votre parcours débute sur l’emblématique Avenue de Champagne, où vous découvrirez certains des domaines les plus prestigieux de la région. Ensuite, arrêtez-vous dans les vignobles classés au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO pour en apprendre davantage sur la riche histoire de la viticulture champenoise. Profitez d’une promenade dans le charmant village de Hautvillers, où est enterré Dom Pérignon, et admirez des points de vue époustouflants parfaits pour de belles photos. Vous serez ensuite accueilli dans un domaine champenois pour un délicieux déjeuner accompagné d’une sélection de Champagnes. Par la suite, visitez une maison de Champagne familiale pour découvrir leur processus de vinification unique. Après une journée riche en découvertes et en expériences mémorables, votre guide vous déposera à 16h45 à l'Office de Tourisme d'Epernay.

Very nice and fun tour! You go a long way by bike along the vineyards. You stop at a number of places and tell them a bit about the area. Suzanne explains it very nicely, interestingly, extensively and in good English. She also pays close attention to the group while cycling, so that everyone keeps up. On the way no stop where you go for a drink so bringing a bottle of water is handy. We were positively surprised by the lunch, which was more extensive than we thought and very tasty! You also get some champagne that they make themselves at the house. For the bike tour you can see how this process goes. Definitely recommended!

It’s well organized and no need to prepare anything , the escort is very knowledgeable and friendly. It said the tour was 4:45 hrs but it lady a little longer than that plus 15 mins early to start

Be advised that you don't know in advance which champagne houses you will visit and you have no options. The places we went offered tastings, but the quality was sub-par. The guide Thomas was informative and polite. The vehicle was crowded with a maximum number of people. We started 30 minutes late because we were waiting for 2 people. We were late finishing and, although Thomas offered to and did drive us to Reim train station, we had already purchased our train tickets from Eperney and wasted our money. Because we were late we missed the chance to see sites in Reim. Overall, it was a nice day, but I wouldn't recommend this particular tour. Viator can and should do better.

On the champagne houses, we are unable to confirm the names of the producers in advance as visits can change at the last minute depending on availability.
