CHOISISSEZ VOTRE LIEU DE RETRAIT : PRISE EN CHARGE 1 : rendez-vous avec votre guide à 8 h 30 devant l'office de tourisme d'Épernay (7, avenue de Champagne, 51200 Épernay) PRISE EN CHARGE 2 : rendez-vous avec votre guide à 9 h 20 devant l'office de tourisme de la gare de Reims (Cour de la Gare, 51100 Reims). Profitez d'une visite guidée des caves Veuve Clicquot, suivie d'une dégustation de quatre cuvées. Promenez-vous dans le village pittoresque d'Hautvillers, où repose Dom Pérignon. Admirez la vue imprenable sur les vignobles classés au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Vous profiterez également d'une initiation ludique à la dégustation du champagne, qui vous permettra d'apprécier davantage ce vin emblématique. Venez savourer un délicieux déjeuner dans un domaine champenois (nous pouvons nous adapter à vos restrictions alimentaires et allergies ; veuillez nous faire part de vos besoins spécifiques lors de la réservation.) Poursuivez votre visite en découvrant un domaine familial et découvrez de l'intérieur leur processus de vinification unique. La visite se termine à 16 h 45 à Épernay et à 17 h 30 à Reims

This trip was a birthday present for a very good friend and this tour was the highlight. We were met by our guide Jerome in Epernay where we were staying and taken to a comfortable mini bus. There were four in our party and we were joined by two people from Norway in Reims before visiting Verve Cliquot. This is a fantastic tourist experience as we wandered through the chalk caves and learned the history of this champagne before tasting 4 different vintages. From there on to champagne Collard-Milesi for lunch, a tour and more wine. This was followed by a trip to Don Perpignan’s burial site before a final stop at champagne de Vignerons for a further tour and 4 more champagne tastings. Finally Jerome dropped us back at Epernay. This is an expensive tour but worth every penny. It fills a whole day (0830-1700) and is supplemented by Jerome’s wonderful knowledge and excellent English. If you have the chance - do it!

It was an extraordinary day despite the extreme heat of the heatwave. Our guide Jeanne made all the difference. She was attentive to us, helping us appreciate the experience despite the suffocating heat. Thank you, Jeanne!! The experience itself is truly worth it. Very glamorous at Veuve Clicquot, delicious local cuisine, breathtaking views, and a very nice family vineyard.

Suzanne was superb! She made every minute of the tour extremely memorable, informative and fun. Her depth of knowledge is exceptional and her English is fantastic though she grew up in the Champagne region! Also the pace in which she organized stops, allowed time to take photos and shop, and to finish our tastings and meal were much appreciated, yet the tour ran exactly on time. We got some excellent group photos out of it as well. We’ll recommend this tour to all of our friends who visit Paris or the Champagne region. They time the tours to align with the train schedule from Paris which is convenient.

Earlier this weekend visited Mercier in Epernay (tour) and today Veuve. Of the commercial champagne houses this is definitely recommended on a summer Sunday. Incl a Veuve branded attractive patio terrace where the food is surprisingly good and the wine list friendly in price. Nothing hurried and by French standards there could be smiles and friendly chat under the service itself.

Chloe made our full day tour of 3 champagne houses very delightful. We saw the large producers and small producers. We had a relaxing lunch at one of the houses. Chloe did a great job of explaining the champagne process and the region.

The day was everything I had hoped for. everything was wonderful. Tour guide Suzzane was lovely and knowledgeable ( Local Lady). places we visited were beautiful. Highly recommended, do it!

Wonderful champagne experience, starting at the House of Veuve Clicquot, then out into surrounding countryside for a delicious lunch, more champagne tastings and finally to a small family run winery with plenty of opportunities to sample more and buy. Our driver/guide Marcain was excellent, knowledgeable and great company!
