Itinéraire
Nous commencerons par récupérer nos voyageurs dans leurs hôtels. Ensuite, nous nous dirigerons vers Tulum, pour un trajet d'environ 2 heures. Notre destination initiale est Tulum, l'ancienne ville maya située sur une falaise surplombant la mer des Caraïbes mexicaines. Votre guide bilingue compétent vous fournira des informations fascinantes sur le site archéologique, son importance historique et la vie quotidienne de ses habitants à son apogée. Découvrez les cultures passées et diverses théories concernant leur déclin au cours de notre visite de 90 minutes. Ensuite, nous monterons à bord du bus et nous dirigerons vers Cobá, le trajet devrait durer 1 heure.
Notre prochaine étape comprend une baignade rafraîchissante au Cenote Muul Ichi Ts'ono'ot. Les cénotes, exclusifs à la péninsule du Yucatan, sont des gouffres naturels dans des grottes calcaires considérées comme sacrées par l'ancien peuple maya. Après l'expérience du cénote, laissez-vous tenter par un authentique buffet régional pour une pause revitalisante. Ensuite, notre voyage continue vers la zone archéologique de Cobá, avec un temps de trajet estimé à 45 minutes.
L'exploration des ruines mayas de Coba, en grande partie cachées par le feuillage de la jungle, dévoile le site de la plus haute pyramide du Yucatan. Montez au sommet pour admirer des vues panoramiques extraordinaires pendant que votre guide partage ses idées sur la découverte du site. Émerveillez-vous devant l'intégration harmonieuse de la nature et des structures artificielles alors que la jungle s'entremêle aux ruines. Notre visite ici durera 1 heure. Après notre exploration de Coba, notre voyage se poursuit jusqu'à Playa del Carmen, avec un temps de trajet prévu de 1 heure et 45 minutes.
Notre prochaine destination est la 5ème Avenue de Playa del Carmen, où vous aurez 45 minutes pour vous immerger dans son atmosphère animée, remplie de vie nocturne et de magasins variés. C'est l'endroit idéal pour dîner et faire du shopping. Pour conclure notre expédition, nous retournerons aux hôtels. Le trajet retour pour déposer notre dernier passager devrait durer au maximum 2 heures.

- Les sites archéologiques, étant des aires protégées par le gouvernement fédéral, exigent une redevance pour l'utilisation de caméras professionnelles, qui doit être payée sur place. Ceci n'est obligatoire que si vous utilisez du matériel photo/vidéo professionnel.
- Cette visite implique beaucoup de marche, nous vous recommandons donc de porter des chaussures et des vêtements confortables.
- Le déjeuner inclus est un buffet de plats mexicains régionaux et vous êtes libre de choisir ce que vous voulez manger. Ce buffet contient des options pour les végétariens (il n'est pas encore adaptable pour d'autres régimes alimentaires spécifiques).

From the incredible Tulum and Coba ruins to the hidden cenotes, this tour was perfect from start to finish. The site is not only visually impressive, but also culturally powerful, and learning about its astronomical significance was fascinating.
Ok I’m going to be brutally honest unfortunately about this trip. For anyone booking this tour check your mail because our tour was going to run 30 mins late. Second they picked us up in a very nice comfortable bus. Then they took us into a parking lot at a convenience store and told us all to get out and proceed inside. Inside this store we all stood confused and lost because the communication was NOT CLEAR. We stood in line and paid the additional fees for the “amenities fees”. AGAIN not telling us what was next they all yelled over here as we stood in line again and got moved outside to smaller more snug buses. The groups were small which was a plus but again COMMUNICATION goes a long way. And let me say I speak Spanish very fluently so again I wouldn’t understood the instructions had they told us. Third we went to Tulum to see the ruins and again LACK OF COMMUNICATION we got told to exit the van go to the restroom and nothing else was said. So we proceed to the entrance of the park where we were told we were to pay another $900 pesos per person. We told them we were on a tour and he said you have to pay again. Finally found out your guide and he said follow me I have your entrance bands. You’re trolleyed to near the entrance of the park and you see the beautiful ruins and hear the history of it. Have about 10-15 mins to take pics near the cliffs off the beach and then return. Fourth we went to Coba and saw the ruins there where you can either hike the ruins and park or rent a bike or get taken in a tricycle for a fee. The park was beautifully kept and the ruins were beautiful. Fifth we went to this desolate area where we got taken for an “organic, authentic lunch”. Lunch was decent and you had to pay for drinks. As we finished we had to walk thru a building with handcrafted items with no prices on them. (There’s more to this later) Then we finally go to the cenote for about an hour. It was immaculate and gorgeous no complaints. Then after swimming our tour guide tells us about getting “cleansed” after swimming at this cenote and the history of them. So we proceed back to the place where we ate lunch for “a Mayan Ritual”. Some got off the van and we stayed in. Some of the people got back on the van upset and said it was “A scam”!!! They said the people were taken by twos into a shed and said they would pray and cleanse them for $3600 pesos. We were in complete shock as we wasted about 30-45 mins here further delaying our trip to Playa Del Carmen. We finally get to Playa Del Carmen around 720pm and were told by our tour guide we had 40 mins to see 5th Ave because the police were very strict about parking. We would’ve loved to see this place because there were tons of shops and restaurants and even in what could’ve been over an hour stop it was rushed and crowded. We got to our hotel around 930pm feeling disappointed. Again beware of this company’s staff and agenda.
First, they wanted us very early to go somewhere to pay the tax... It took about an hour there. In Tulum, we stayed for a short time (main attraction). In Coba there was no guide. They take you to a Mayan stall to buy and that time could be devoted to Tulum. In Playa del Carmen, 45 minutes on an avenue for you to shop. We bought the diamond tour that said bikes in Coba were included. It's a lie.
Magical experience in Tulum, enjoy the sea views , the architecture of the place and the pleasant climate. The visit to Playa del Carmen was good all very full of color, life and friendly people. I highly recommend the tour!
Fun trip but can be managed better. Coba needs cycle/tricycle NOT WALKABLE for the time given. Guide - can be more precise and give more time for exploring. Best hand over a reading material. Food was good. For the price the entire tour was great. Hectic. Definitely recommend and must for people who loves history.
Tulum was something we had been waiting for all year, we were dying to see it and we loved a super place to fill you with energy, with a lot of history and super instagrammable, without a doubt one of my favorite places to return to.
Wow, what a memorable place, we loved the ruins, the energy of Tulum is something magical, it was also our first time in a cenote and it is something super relaxing, without a doubt I recommend it to all people who feel stressed, living this experience is a must.
How beautiful it was to visit this place full of history, great for photos yes but also super interesting everything that has happened through these areas and places full of magic. Without a doubt I will continue visiting the different archaeological sites, they are a simply amazing place to connect with yourself.
