Veuillez vous présenter à nos installations au moins 30 minutes avant l'heure de départ prévue. À votre arrivée chez Atlantis Submarines Cozumel, notre personnel accueillant vous recevra, vous aidera à vous enregistrer et vous conduira dans notre salon réservé aux explorateurs. Vous pourrez vous détendre quelques instants dans la salle d'embarquement, regarder une courte vidéo d'introduction, puis monter à bord de notre bateau pour rejoindre le site de plongée, où votre aventure sous-marine commencera.
Montez à bord du sous-marin Atlantis XII et embarquez pour une aventure sous-marine inoubliable. Plongez à plus de 30 mètres de profondeur pour explorer le magnifique récif de Chankanaab, qui fait partie du système récifal mésoaméricain, l'un des plus grands systèmes récifaux vivants au monde. Venez découvrir les sensations fortes que procure la célèbre paroi de Cozumel, avec son impressionnant dénivelé de 600 mètres, et visitez le plus grand navire coulé de la région, le Felipe Xicoténcatl, qui est aujourd’hui un récif artificiel abritant une faune marine au sein de cette zone naturelle protégée.
Après la plongée, vous retournerez en bateau à nos installations. Avant de partir, n'oubliez pas de passer à notre boutique pour acheter un souvenir de votre séjour à l'Atlantis XII.

- Pour votre propre sécurité, les participants à cette activité doivent être capables de descendre en toute sécurité une échelle de 12 marches à reculons (mains courantes disponibles).
- Pour votre sécurité, la taille minimale requise est de 91 cm et l'âge minimum de 4 ans pour les enfants
- Les enfants sont pris en compte de 4 à 16 ans. Les enfants en bas âge (de la naissance à 3 ans) ne sont pas admis
- Tous les participants doivent acheter un billet et tous les enfants doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte à tout moment.
- Les femmes enceintes qui n'ont pas connu de complications auparavant peuvent pratiquer cette activité jusqu'au 6e mois de grossesse.
- L'accès en maillot de bain et/ou pieds nus n'est pas autorisé.
- Les animaux ne sont pas admis.
- Un seul objet personnel, tel qu'un sac à main ou un petit sac, est autorisé, et il doit pouvoir tenir sur vos genoux. Les dimensions ne doivent pas dépasser 45,7 x 35,6 x 20,3 cm
- De plus, des frais d'entrée au parc marin de 13 USD par personne doivent être acquittés.
- Les services supplémentaires entraînent des frais supplémentaires (photos ou souvenirs).
- La réalisation de cette excursion dépend des conditions météorologiques.

We did this as an excursion day from our cruise and it was great! The views and fish you can see are amazing. Going down 100 ft, they showed us the drop off point of the island where it goes down to depths of 2000 ft. The people were very friendly and were very willing to move our reservations to an earlier dive so that we could get back to the ship on time. (It's about a 10-min taxi ride to Punto Langosto, where our ship was docked.) They take you by a sunken ship so that both sides of the sub can see it. There are no bad seats.

The area is very tight and restrictive. The beating the whole experience was seeing the ship wreckage. The corals weren’t that exciting, they lacked the color and the habitat that a beautiful coral should have.

It is a real submarine, and space is designed with safety and functionality in mind, but we know that can take some getting used to. Regarding the coral, you're right that at depths beyond 100 feet, colors tend to fade due to the lack of natural light. It's a natural phenomenon of the ocean, and while it can feel less vibrant than shallower reefs, it's also part of what makes the deeper dive so unique and nature. We're glad to hear that the shipwreck made the experience worthwhile. It's definitely one of the highlights of the tour and we're happy it stood out for you. Our guide was amazing! Very knowledgeable and made it very enjoyable. Recommend booking an early appointment to avoid larger crowd. We booked a 10:30 time, but we arrived really early and got to go on the 9:30 slot. So glad we did because it was much more packed.

Sandy was so understanding and kind when we had a little meetup-point mixup, but she made sure we weren’t left behind without delaying the group. Our guide Vero and her assistant Charley (and our pilot Paco) were all amazing, so so knowledgeable and excited to share the beauty of the coral reef with us on the tour. I particularly appreciated how often Charley pointed out things I otherwise might have missed because I was looking some random direction haha! Their joy in their job was absolutely contagious and I had a wonderful time. Fully recommend this!

Our family of six (4 adults and 2 children) had an absolutely incredible experience on the Atlantis Submarine Adventure in Cozumel! From start to finish, everything was first-class. The meeting location was easy to find, check-in was quick and organized, and the comfortable, air-conditioned waiting area made the beginning of our excursion relaxing. The introductory video was informative, engaging, and did an excellent job preparing everyone for the adventure ahead. The crew was outstanding! Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everyone had a memorable experience. If you're worried about feeling claustrophobic, don't be. The submarine was much more spacious than we expected, fully air-conditioned, and very comfortable throughout the dive. The large viewing ports gave everyone an excellent view, and at no point did we feel confined. Descending to more than 110 feet below the surface was simply amazing. The underwater views of the coral reef and marine life were breathtaking. What made the trip even more special was the educational aspect. The narration throughout the dive was informative without being overwhelming, teaching us about the reef ecosystem, marine life, and the importance of conservation. Both the adults and the children found it fascinating, and it added tremendous value to an already incredible experience. The entire excursion exceeded our expectations and was even better than described. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Cozumel and created memories our family will cherish for years to come. We wholeheartedly recommend the Atlantis Submarine Adventure to anyone visiting Cozumel. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with friends, or as a family, this is a truly unique experience that is well worth every penny!

Fantastic Excursion & Experience! This was our 2nd time doing the Atlantis Submarine in Cozumel, and 4th time overall with Atlantis, the other two were in Hawaii. We brought our Son, Daughter-in-law, and Grandson. We all loved it! What a wonderful way to see many aquatic creatures, and a few surprises. Also a great way to escape the heat. We saw a lemon shark which was really cool, an enormous lobster, and so many fish. I would not hesitate to do this excursion again.
