Description
Montez votre propre VTT simple ou double en compagnie de votre guide pour faire du tout-terrain à travers des sentiers étonnants dans la jungle et le village maya! Si vous n'avez pas l'expérience de conduire des VTT, vous ne devriez pas vous inquiéter, les VTT sont AUTOMATIQUES (permis de conduire non obligatoire). Vous visiterez les grottes de Jade où vous apprendrez les coutumes mayas de la région et aussi vous apprendrez sur sa formation il y a 64 millions d'années. Jade Caverns est une grotte souterraine (Cenote) reliée à la mer et au fleuve souterrain. Là, vous pourrez nager ou sauter dans son eau depuis une falaise d'environ 20 pieds de haut. Vous traverserez également l'énigmatique village maya pour vous arrêter et vous promener afin d'apprécier le temple maya et l'une des plus anciennes églises catholiques de l'île, en plus d'avoir du temps libre pour jeter un œil à l'artisanat fabriqué par les habitants. À la fin de la visite en VTT, vous pourrez déguster une variété de tequila biologique artisanale. En terminant les activités, nous vous ramènerons au même point de ramassage.

Itinéraire
Le cénote est une formation naturelle vieille de plus de 60 millions d'années. Je vais vous expliquer l'histoire du lieu, vous apprendrez l'importance des cénotes dans la culture maya et vous pourrez vous amuser à sauter à l'eau depuis une plate-forme naturelle de 20 pieds.
Nous nous arrêterons pour nous promener dans la ville maya, visiter un temple maya vieux de 900 ans et je vous expliquerai l'histoire fascinante du lieu, la plupart des citadins sont d'origine maya, ils produisent des bijoux en corail noir, enfin je vous montrerai l'une des plus anciennes églises catholiques de Cozumel.

We had an amazing time on this ATV excursion and it ended up being one of the highlights of our vacation! Our tour guide, David, was fantastic. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a great time. We chose not to swim in the Jade Caverns, but we still enjoyed seeing them and learning about the area. The tequila tasting at the end was an unexpected bonus, and we loved it so much that we came home with three bottles! We loved our tour! There was something for everyone and easy for all skill or ability levels to participate. Sergio gave such interesting and engaging information about the Mayan people, area, and our experience overall. Alex rode behind our group of 6 to make sure no one was left behind! Sergio gave us great local intell on how to enjoy the rest of our day in Cozumel. Geydi messaged me frequently via WhatsApp to ensure we connected with our tour and sent videos and helpful tips of how to find the meeting location and to prepare well for our tour. We loved the tequila tasting at the end too!
We were met on time by a very polite man who led us to our van to get to location for ATV and tour to begin. We were given helmets, goggles and clear instructions prior to boarding the ATV’s. Sergio, our guide, was Excellent! We went to the beautiful cavern, jumped off the 20’ ledge into the cool water. Traveled back on our ATV’s to drop off, get interesting information about the Mayan culture and history while enjoying beer or water provided. Our final activity was the tequila processing talk and finishing with tasting. We were transported back to the meeting spot to return to ship/hotel.
