We would like to clarify that Mr. Sancho’s Aquatic Park is an add-on activity and not a standalone admission ticket. Access to the Aquatic Park requires a valid Mr. Sancho’s All-Inclusive Day Pass reservation. Unfortunately, it appears that this requirement was not communicated clearly enough during the booking process through TripAdvisor/Viator, which understandably led to different expectations upon your arrival. We want to assure you that there was absolutely no intention on the part of Mr. Sancho’s to mislead you or force an unexpected upgrade. Our staff was simply following the admission requirements associated with the Aquatic Park. We take your comments very seriously and have contacted Viator to request that the product description and booking information be reviewed and updated so that it clearly and prominently states, before purchase, that the Aquatic Park Pass is an add-on and requires an All-Inclusive Day Pass. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention.
