Viaje a lo largo del río Mississippi y llegue al lugar de salida en Marrero, a 35 minutos en coche de Nueva Orleans. Se le presentará a su capitán y se le informará rápidamente sobre el procedimiento dentro del hidrodeslizador. Una vez que todos los miembros del grupo estén preparados para despegar, el capitán acelerará el motor. Este aeropuerto en particular está propulsado por un motor Chevy 454 que es capaz de acelerar a velocidades de hasta 35 millas por hora. Absolutely the highlight of our trip! Our guide, Ian, made us feel safe and welcomed while blasting through swamps at 35 mph. We got very up-close-and-personal with gators, all while learning so much about the area. Ian was a wealth of knowledge and answered all our questions. Highly recommend the smaller boat tours, as we got to go places the larger boats couldn’t go. Went with my parents in their 70s and my 8 and 10-year-old boys. Fun for all! Forewarned, you might get wet!
Trae our guide was awesome and an incredible airboat pilot ! He was super informative and showed us some great sites and a bunch of gators. This is our second time and each time we’ve had a blast.
Great experience- we saw raccoons, birds, and alligators! my family held a small alligator and fed them as well! the speed boat reached over 40 mph which was awesome!

Ian did an amazing job as our guide. He was informative and gave great insight about the conservation of the area. We lived it and would recommend it to everyone! My 2 teenagers both enjoyed it and we all know how hard it is to impress teenagers!

Let me start out by saying that I grew up and spent most of my 54 yrs here in Lafitte, so I'm a little judgemental of anyone trying to tell me about this area and/or anything about it. God blessed us with a beautiful day and the best guide. Captain Ian was all you could hope for in a guild and more. His knowledge of the area and wildlife was astounding. I actually learned a great deal from him and my family from out of town absolutely loved the entire tour. He added in just the right humor into his professionalism, while spotting wildlife, plants, birds, and trees to tell us about. Thank you Louisiana Tours for having such a wonderful tour guide to help show others the appreciation of our little paradise in South Louisiana.

We had a awesome trip with Captain Eugene. We saw a lot of gators and the beautiful nature in the swamp. Captain Eugene had some good stories up his sleeve but could also tell a great deal about the wildlife and especially about gators. Highly recommend and thumbs up for Captain Eugene.
Absolutely worth doing. Alert Transportation handled the pickup and drop-off, which was seamless. Our guide Barbara picked us up and was already adding value before we even got to the water — stopping to point out landmarks around the city and offering restaurant recommendations along the way. That kind of genuine investment in your experience sets the tone immediately. The swamp tour itself was incredible. The ecosystem out there is something you can’t fully appreciate until you’re in the middle of it. We got up close with alligators — including holding a baby one — which is one of those moments you don’t forget. The guide was informative without being lecture-y, and the whole experience had a relaxed, unhurried pace that felt right for the setting. If you’re visiting New Orleans and haven’t done a swamp tour, you’re leaving something significant on the table. This is the one to do.
