Salkantay Treking a Machupicchu Servicios Operativos

IMPORTANT: this tour is NOT operated by Linda Tours, but rather another company, KB. I later learned that the others in my group that had booked directly with KB had a pre-departure meeting that I was not informed of by Linda Tours, and the information I “was” provided was missing important details or outright incorrect - I had to borrow cash and other important items from people in my group because I was not given an accurate list. I also ended up in a very stressful situation with the bus back to Cusco due to the poor communication by Linda Tours. KB is great, but do yourself a favor and go directly through them.

I booked the 5 days Salkantay Trek with Linda House Tours and I was very happy with the whole service! Before you start, they explain the whole trip to you in person. I really liked how much time they took to explain everything in detail so I felt very informed and knew what I could expect. You can also rent the duffle bag and sleeping bag from them if needed. I also stayed in the Linda House two nights before leaving for the Salkantay which I can also recommend! If you stay there over night, the owner drives you to the bus station on the first day of Salkantay. To sum up, I got good information beforehand, an adventurous trek and a stay at a nice, friendly and clean hotel for a very good price! I would always book it again with Linda House Tours.

Great organization and short-term booking options. All questions were addressed in detail and an individual itinerary was developed. We were taken from the hostel directly to the bus and from then on stayed for 5 days and 4 nights on the trek. On the trek everything was also super organized and the food very good. Accommodations were clean and nice. Due to the rainy season there were various moorland exits, which should be considered during this time. But our guide Eddy certainly guided us through everything. Clear recommendation, especially since it is unbeatable in comparison with other providers in Cusco. Fair prices and overall great value for money

We booked with Linda house the Salkantay Trek and stayed in her accommodation both before and after the Trek. Those responsible for the accommodation provided very detailed information about the tour (unlike other agencies we could see in our colleagues). Both the material and the travel to the tour bus was facilitated from the Inn itself. We could also observe a noticeable price difference, considering the conditions we wanted to add or not to our trip. I recommend 100%

Staying in their accommodation and booking Salkantay trek with them was the best decision! Edson gave me all the important information and explained me everything about the tour which I appreciated a lot because I had no problems or misunderstandings during the trek unlike some people who booked with different agencies. And besides the fact that their prices are the best, they also help you with anything else you need (like organizing a taxi to the airport, early breakfast or recommendations for Cusco). The best thing about the trip are the views, the drivers always concerned with the needs of the passengers, the times well served, a beautiful trip that if or if it has to be done, important not to forget the mosquito repellent for the hydroelectric walk, every step you feel the magic of the machupicchu from the vegetation to the once, the warmth of the people and the good dispocision with the foreign are a highlight. Without more than adding an unforgettable experience and sure no one will regret experiencing

Fantastic 5 day trek to Salkantay, all organised with Edson at Linda House. He gave great communication, even came to my hostel early Sunday morning to talk through the whole trek with me , and he kindly picked up my bag and brought it to Linda House after (definitely book a room at Linda House to recover after the trek!! Spotlessly clean, huge comfy bed, delicious breakfast included, hot showers, great WiFi, amazing price). The trek was great fun and I made so many friends. I really appreciate Edson's hard work making it happen and his constant help before, during and after the trip.

Very good service! Prices are the cheapest I found in Cuzco. We did the Salkantay Trek, the tour of the sacred valley and the mountain of 7 colors and everything very nice with impeccable organization. I recommend it 100%!
