El día 2, venza el estrés logístico con nuestros pases de entrada oficiales pre-asegurados y aborde el servicio de transporte de montaña para experimentar una visita guiada completa de la ciudadela de Machu Picchu a lo largo del circuito designado, completando su viaje con un traslado de regreso sin problemas a Cusco.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
Recogida Gratuita : Brindamos recogida por la mañana desde hoteles y Airbnbs céntricos del Cusco. Si su alojamiento se encuentra en una calle estrecha o en una zona peatonal sin acceso al automóvil, organizaremos un punto de encuentro conveniente a solo un corto paseo. Opción de Llegada al Aeropuerto : Si prefiere una recogida en el aeropuerto, su vuelo debe aterrizar en Cusco a más tardar a las 6 : 40 AM del Día 1. La entrega se proporciona de vuelta al centro de Cusco. Nuestro objetivo es dejarlo lo más cerca posible de su punto de recogida original; sin embargo, debido a las estrictas restricciones de tráfico de la ciudad y las calles históricas estrechas, nuestros vehículos dejarán a los pasajeros en un lugar seguro y céntrico cerca de la plaza principal (Plaza Regocijo o Plaza de Armas) si se bloquea el acceso directo al hotel.

Freddie was great with coordination- always on and responsive. Wish the Circuit 2 ticket was granted at the time of booking, but other than that, everything worked out perfectly fine.

We are a group of 4. We booked the trip 3 months before the trip, and they immidiately got the tickets for us, they reached out to us regarding the available route, and we wanted a circuit 2 ticket but unfortunately was sold out that day, and told us the earliest available day which is a few days apart than our intended day, so we made arrangement and we got the tickets!!! Before the day of pick up they sent instructions for the trip. We were picked up on time on our hotel on a private car. Our guide gary was very knowledgeable and guide us every step of our way. He even walk with us to the train and to the hotel. The hotel on aguas calliente has a very good location. It is near the station and the shops. Good river view and good breakfast selection. The machu picchu trip was amazing as always, but our guide gary is very knowledgeable and also knows where the good photo spots are and also offered to take our pictures. He was very helpful. And if we ever need something their customer service is just 1 message away. They respond easily. Like for example when we got out of the train we couldnt find the driver and they coordinated with him. All in all very good customer service and very good guide! Would recommend to my friends. Luis was wonderful. I highly recommend him as a guide. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He speaks fluent Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese. He was very accommodating of our group and everyone’s needs. We booked through Viatar but you can book directly with Luís’ tour company and save money.

Luis was a great guide. He was very informative, and helpful. Hugo our driver was also very good.
The guided tour was amazing! We were provided insight on the history and stories of the Incan culture by our guide Luis. He was always asking us questions, some were even a little tricky. We also shared laughs, personal stories, and other knowledge with one another.
We did a 2 day trip to savred valley and machu pichu with internediate stops. . All the arrangements went smooth and thanks to both our tour guide Domingo Pinchi Surco and the staff who drove us and accompanied us to all the places. I was coming off a broken ankle fracture and still recovering. Domingo made sure I was comfortable through out the journey and especially at Machu Pichu when I was skeptical and bit scared I might not be able to make it, he constantly reassured me, held my hand to support my ascent and descent and did the entire tour at a pace I was comfortable with. Kept checking on us every bit of the way and took it on himself to see that my experience was as comfortable as it could be given my limitations. Sometimes a single person is a good example of the quality of the entire experience a place has to offer and if every tour guide you meet turns out to be like Domingo, you know that experience is one that will stay with you for the rest of your life and be grateful for it. Heart warming to experience such care and responsibility. Thank you Domingo for making our trip this memorable
What an amazing opportunity! Both of our tour guides (Louis and Juan) were incredibly knowledgeable and personable. My wife and I got to learn so much about the Inka history and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this experience.
A good tour, all organised without hassle but not perfect. We were promised multiple sacred valley visits but we saw only Olantaytambo and briefly Urko. Pisac was only to see the shops and alpacas. Many other sites we on the original program but not delivered. We were also pressured to pay additional sum for the sacred valley tour which wasn’t delivered. With regard to timing Lee wasted about 4 hours in the Aguas Calientes hotel because our Machu Pichu visit finished by 10.30 but had to wait until 16.30 to catch the train to get back to Olantaytambo. We don’t need 6 hours for lunch! Poor planning.
