Desafortunadamente, los tours grupales típicos son caracterizados por grandes grupos, retrasos en la recogida, autobuses llenos de gente y guías desmotivados que presentan sus guiones memorizados de Machu Picchu. Debido al tamaño del grupo, a menudo es difícil seguir todo lo que dice la guía y hacer todas las preguntas que desee con nosotros, esta experiencia será lo contrario Venga a conocer este hermoso destino.

Itinerario
Lo recogeremos de su hotel temprano en la mañana (entre las 3:30 y las 5:00 a.m.) y lo trasladaremos a la estación de tren de Ollantaytambo. La hora de salida depende de la opción de tren seleccionada.
Abordará el tren hacia Aguas Calientes (pueblo de Chu Picchu) aproximadamente a las 6 : 10 a.m. o 6 : 40 a.m., según disponibilidad. A su llegada, nuestro personal local le estará esperando con un cartel que muestra su nombre. Durante el viaje en tren de 1,5 horas, disfrute de vistas panorámicas de las montañas andinas y los valles circundantes.
El tren llega a Aguas Calientes, un pequeño pueblo ubicado en la base de Machu Picchu. A su llegada, su guía le estará esperando en la estación de tren y le ayudará con los próximos pasos, incluyendo abordar el autobús a Machu Picchu y coordinar su horario de entrada.
Tomaremos el autobús hasta Machu Picchu. Como grupo, entraremos al sitio juntos; recuerde traer su pasaporte original, ya que es necesario para la entrada. Una vez dentro, disfrute de una visita guiada de aproximadamente dos horas, donde su guía profesional compartirá la historia, cultura y significado de esta notable ciudadela inca. Visitará los sectores más importantes, admirará la impresionante arquitectura y comprenderá más a fondo el ingenio de la civilización inca mientras se conecta con el entorno natural único de este lugar sagrado. Después de la visita guiada, regresaremos a Aguas Calientes para abordar el tren de regreso a Ollantaytambo. A su llegada, el transporte privado lo estará esperando para trasladarlo de regreso a Cusco, con entrega en su hotel.
AVISO LEGAL SOLO PARA TEMPORADA ALTA (mayo a agosto) : Las entradas online de Machu Picchu a menudo se agotan meses antes. La Oficina Cultural en Aguas Calientes libera un número limitado para la compra en persona solamente. Si las entradas en línea se agotan, puede llegar temprano el día anterior con su pasaporte para comprar en persona. En épocas de mucho trabajo, es posible que necesite 2-3 noches extra en Aguas Calientes.

Joel Guzman was our guide for the Machu Pichu Circut 2. He explained history, took good photos, and kept us entertained the entire excursion. 10/10 would recommend Joel to any group wanting to know the ins and outs of the Hidden City.

The tour was amazing. This has been on my bucket list for years and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The views were breath taking! Our guide also help in making it such a memorable experience. I would have given five stars if the communication had been clear before the tour. Having chosen to do it on a Monday, we received the information for the tour on Saturday evening, and on Sunday we had almost no way to contact them and ask for clarifications (day off) except after reaching out through all possible channels. At the tour pick-up, we were able to clarify the various misunderstandings (tickets issued did not match the reservation made - but everything was resolved later) but with many difficulties. In general, they handle everything themselves, and it is quite convenient, but they could have managed things better. For the train schedules, we were not even asked what return time we would prefer, and we were forced to wait in Agua Caliente for almost 5 hours for the train since the change could have been made 24 hours earlier, and we could only clarify everything on the day of the tour.
We were very well served, the punctual transfers in comfortable vehicles, attentive guide. I highly recommend.
Definitely worth it if you want to see the Machu Picchu. Thank you Anthony for the informative tour and interesting facts about the Incas.
Hard to believe was able to see Maccu Picchu in just one day. FYI - you are on your own with respect to getting on the train but was meet with a guide after each step of the way.
This Trip should definitely be on everyone's bucket list. Viator made everything easy to coordinate and I found everyone that was part of this Trip knew exactly how to make the experience over the top!!!
We had a wonderful time on our tour. Everything from getting picked up at our hotel to when we returned was seamless and having it all included made it stress free. Joel was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide on the mountain and we learned a ton about Machupicchu as well as Peru. He took his time and made sure to take lots of pictures for us. Overall we loved the whole day!
